Cars (and vans!) are conveniently located and we've never had a problem booking one when needed. Clean, run well, rental price is reasonable. We did the yearly numbers and even with the monthly fee, it was totally worth it to keep us a one-car family in the city. Did I mention the vans? Being able to conjure up a cargo van at the drop of a hat is magic.

Very easy to book and then pick up the car. Love the tag on and tag off to lock the car. Great idea.
Perhaps can look at fixing some of the previous damage to the vehicle would be only a suggestion as the rear lifting door had damage and was difficult to close sometime. Other than that, loved the whole experience.

"Smoothest vehicle hire process ever."
Very smooth process from setting up of account to picking up vehicle. Excellent tech, very intuitive and not at all complicated or intimidating (I am not of the young, tech savvy generation). Great communication whenever I needed to call. Vehicle was exactly as describe.
I have used many different vehicle hire systems over the years and am very impressed with GoGet. I'll be sticking with them and highly reccommend.

I hired a little Cerato from pymble & unfortunately a relative (resides in Mona vale) had a stroke so I’ve taken him to the hospital & parked up the car & and be with the relative at hospital. As the booking ended with goget I receive a call asking why it’s not parked at its designed pod. I’ve explained what’s happened regarding the stroke ie family emergency, he then went in to explain you’ll have to pay a fee for the recovery team to retrieve the car. I then offered to extended it another 24hrs to go back to the car tomorrow and return it it’s designated pod. The gentleman then explained ‘no sorry we’ve arranged someone already to retrieve the car. I asked how much will it be, he said he couldn’t give a price.. WORST CUSTOMER CARE. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY….

Easy process to book and use the van, which was quite comfortable and easy to drive. Used Uber to get to/from the pod because there was not much long term parking nearby.

"shocking treatment of long standing member"
My husband opened an account years ago with Go get and had me on his account as another driver. We used Go get quite frequently for a number of years no problem.
Earlier this year they took 2 payments for the same amount on the same day from our bank account. My husband queried this with them and with our bank. Our bank investigated and actioned a charge back. My husband received notification that he has been banned for life!!! Go get say he requested the charge back and this is not true! Emails were extremely abrupt and offered no way to resolve the problem.
I then applied for membership in my own name and was rejected with no explanation. I phoned to ask why and was told they could not give out any information. They took $37 to process my application and have not returned it.

"My driver license compromised used by someone else"
I would like to make a formal complaint about a recent experience I had with a service provider. I strongly believe that this company has engaged in fraudulent activity, as they have used my personal information with another person without my consent. When I contacted the service provider to inquire about the issue, I was repeatedly hung up on and refused an explanation. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional, and it has left me feeling frustrated and unsupported as a customer.
As a result of this experience, I have been forced to seek legal advice to protect my rights and pursue justice in this matter. I have also taken steps to secure my personal information and monitor my financial accounts for any unauthorized activity.
I demand that this service provider investigate this issue thoroughly and provide me with a clear explanation of what happened and how they plan to prevent similar incidents in the future. Furthermore, I expect them to take full responsibility for their actions and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and stress that this situation has caused me.
In addition to the aforementioned concerns, I would like to highlight the mental and emotional toll that this experience has had on me. The stress and anxiety caused by this situation have been overwhelming, to the point where I have had to seek treatment from a mental health professional.
I have had to receive psychiatric care to help manage the symptoms of anxiety and depression that have arisen as a result of this experience. The impact on my mental health has been significant, and it has affected not only my personal life but also my professional and social activities.
I would like to emphasize that this situation has caused me a great deal of distress, and I am deeply disappointed in the service provider's lack of accountability and professionalism. I demand that they take full responsibility for their actions and provide appropriate compensation for the harm caused, including the costs of psychiatric care and any other related expenses.
It is my sincere hope that the service provider takes this matter seriously and works with me to resolve this issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.
In conclusion, I urge the service provider to take this matter seriously and work with me in good faith to resolve this issue.

"Cancelled booking and smelly car"
Booked a car which was cancelled at midnight before I needed to pick up the car at 630am the following day. They booked me a second car further away and smaller. I rebooked in the AM and had to ring them twice and go to 3 separate locations before finally finding the car.
The car was mouldy and had rubbish in it, but unfortunately I had no choice but to use it. I’ve left feedback with GoGet and asked to speak to someone senior when they offered me a $10 credit for my inconvienience. Still have not heard from them…
Not a great experience or quality of service.
