My first rental vehicle, a GoGet Van was parked just around the corner from home. Easy to access and good to drive. Had to report damage but that too was easy.
Fuel card accepted without question.
Generally a very positive experience and will definitely use GoGet again.

First bad review I’ve ever left but can let you know to not bother using go get. Customer service team were emailing me smart alec responses and was then told management find no issues with this….. also have not removed a charge on my account when was approved to use the service

Signed up to GoGet a few months ago, but hadn't taken the plunge!
Now I've experienced it, particularly the convivence, we'll remain a one car family, which is a fortunate and good thing on a whole lot of measures!

Few problems with the password application, needs instruction on the fuel cap opening, good car a bit dirty out in the elements. Needed a good Vaccuum otherwise a good experience. (Charger cables in glove box , not sure if intended but nice touch)

I was using my company email id which gave me GoAdvantage subscription. I switched company and the payment failed and all communication went to my email id which ai didn't have access. Now Goget closed my account and not letting me reactivate the account and also not allowing me create new account. I am happy to clear the pending amount to regain access but they banned me

"Refused signup with no explanation"

Happily accepted my id and documents, refused my sign up and refused to give any reason why. Perhaps incompetent, worse case a scam selling personal info.

Contrary to the reply below, I was also told that data is not deleted automatically, and must be requested.

The whole experience right from the beginning. Ease of getting the car and excellent customer support before, during and after the trip. There was an issue with Fuel card for which the cc support guided us with the best possible solution during the ride and also the parking slot issue was handled with no hassle while returning the car to its pod.
