Listing on Amazon clearly stated 2 rolls of kitchen foil but Slamtech only sent one and have now stopped responding to emails. Beware of this dishonourable company who deliberately mislead customers

"Great buying experience"
Checked out TP before buying and was slightly concerned by the number of poor reviews. Fortunately Slamtech were great, the products were much cheaper than elsewhere (including amazon) and it was delivered in about 3 days. Credit where credit is due. The only slight criticism is that the website didn’t really update to say whether or not not it had dispatched but small gripe.

"Slamtech Online / Water The Bridge Ltd - Disgraceful!"
Slamtech Online / Water The Bridge Ltd. failed to deliver my order, which was supposed be be delivered 2 days after the order was placed. Still waiting 6 days after ordering and when I checked online I got 2 different answers. One saying it had been despatched and the other saying that it hadn't, so I cancelled it. A few days later Slametch messaged me to say that they despatched it in time but it had been returned to them marked "Return to Sender". They offered to redeliver it to me but ONLY if I paid (again) for the postage and packing etc. AND if I didn't want it redelivered they would refund my money but STILL deduct their postage and packing charges! I had to explain in very plain English that it was their fault and not mine that I cancelled the order, and asked them to confirm that they were actually till trying to charge me for P & P whether they delivered again or not. Needless to say I offered to introduce them to my lawyer. Only then did they agree to refund my money in full. No explanation given despite asking several times why they tried to make a deduction from my refunded money when it was their fault. Avoid this company at all costs - read the reviews on here and on Amazon.

"Disappointed ....."
I ordered 2 bottles of fabric conditioner. When it arrived it had leaked into the box and externally to the extent that Royal Mail had delivered it into a thick plastic bag. At least 50% of it had been lost. I requested a refund and sent photos of the packaging, on just the one bottle which was damaged - their response was to offer an insulting 20% discount which I will not be using and to tell me that they had packed the goods properly; their courier had let them down apparently.

"Random communication"
Apparently delivered to the door, however, no one was in. When I returned home, the parcel was not there. I asked for further details and the response from Karen was unprofessional and rude. "the tracking information says it was delivered", then went on to rant along the lines if "we don't lie" etc. Random communication and the situation still unresolved.

I orderd cartons of cranberry juice which on their own admission never arrived neither has the refund many weeks later. I have repeatedly e-mailed them and there has been no reply. I very rarely give a bad review but on this occasion I feel I have too.I feel amazon shouldn'd have companies like this on their platform.Avoid at all costs.

Ordered 6x Ragu Sauce via Amazon. Never arrived and tracking details stopped at the item leaving a depot in Milton Keynes. Waited over 2 weeks past delivery due date and have since emailed company 3 times to request a refund. No reply. Useless!
