Don’t do it BIG SCAM. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I placed an order on a wig upon arrival I was expecting a ginger brown unit I got a red burgundy one. I returned the shipment after numerous emails I finally got a address to return. If your unsatisfied with a package YOU must pay for your own shipping label. I did it and it’s been 1 month since and I’ve never seen my money.

If I could give them negative numbers I would. Please don't wast your time they're completely fraudulent. When I tried to track my order it says that it doesn't exist or that I have input the information in incorrectly. I e emailed with absolutely no response. They are apparently in China but gives a Wisconsin telephone number as a point of contact. There is no way any other reviews besides poor reviews are real. Even when they acknowledge your order that automatic reply has broken English. I am so disappointed . Please do NOT give them your money. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I never leave reviews but this company has earned it. This company is one of the absolute worse companies I have ever bought something from and I will NEVER buy a single thing from them or recommend them. The wig color looked completely different online than what was shipped. They make you email them and I’ve been emailing them back and forth for THREE weeks without a refund. After about 2 and 1/2 I was finally able to get an address out of them ( they take forever to respond and then just send back a question and don’t even address the issue or complaint). I’m glad I only spent orginally what I did because I sent beck this wig and I have all the tracking information and they said they need to contact the US distributor to see if they received the wig. I have proof UPS left it with someone. And have yet to receive a refund. They literally don’t want to give me money back and I have receipts and emails .

This company is a SCAM. And I hope they run out of business to never scam another person again. I’ll post this review elsewhere to hopefully help dissuade people from ever giving this company money in the future.

I just received the third unit I have ordered from them, and again I am very pleased with the service and quality of the product. Addressing another person's review who said all of Jessie's reviews are false, should stick to their own experience without trying to nullify the positive experiences of others. I'm not an influencer. I work hard for my money, and I have no reason to lie about my experience with this company. They most certainly are NOT "fraudsters", or better said, fraudulent. If anyone is interested, I can share actual photos and receipts. I would definitely recommend them and will do business with them again.

"Not human hair"

There was a video of a v part unit on YouTube made about this unit that spoke highly of its quality of hair and how it is well made. I decided to order the unit and didnt inspect the unit completely. Once I did the inspection I discovered it shed like crazy, and that this was not human hair as advertised. This unit was possibly made of foreign fiber or animal hair. I have been buying human hair over 20 years an have never experienced anything close to this, very disturbing. I pitched the wig took the lost and didn't care about a refund an the hassle. In order for the consumer to expose companies like this, reviews are important. I strongly suggest to all potential customers to review the bad results always first, because the unit I received was very poor quality an not the unit on YouTube. The people that do the videos are just advertising models who are selling the product in a non traditional manner making the experience personal, which gives visual to the consumer. Please do not give this company your hard earned money. A few may receive a good unit of good quality, but the key is to look at the consumers with the bad experience.

Well I read the reviews here an I cannot understand the bad ones first time I ever ordered a wig a real hair wig I’ve worn synthetic in the past an I can categorically tell you it is human hair it is Chinese hair not Remy it is very well sewn an packed full of hair I do not agree with any of the bad reviews I’m telling you as a genuine experience myself these are very good I do recommend absolutely fantastic quality an I’m actually impressed
