"The worst customer service"

I had purchased a wig from them through the Klarna app back in March. The wig that was sent to me was not the wig that I ordered. I reached out explaining my issue via email. The following day, someone reached out apologizing and asking me what my issue was with the wig. I explained and told them that I did not want to keep the wig and that I wanted a full refund. The person insisted on asking me to keep it or take another one and if I would accept partial compensation. I told them that I was not interested in another wig and just wanted a refund. Throughout the month, there was a constant back and forth between us and they did everything except pay for shipping /give me a refund. Eventually, they gave me a US address to ship the wig back to. Finally, I returned the wig and paid for the shipping and sent the tracking number to them and Klarna as requested. I did that over a month or so ago and they still did not confirm the return with Klarna or give a refund. This is a very shady company and I advise everyone to look elsewhere. They do not like to return or give refunds and the wig that they gave me was horrific!! I am still waiting for them to confirm my return and issue the refund that they had claimed that they would give. Horrible customer service. I am telling everyone. Period!

"I am so disappointed with this company"

I am so disappointed with this company. I ordered a wig that I did not like, and when I inquired about the policy to return it, I received the run around for a week straight! Finally, they gave them their return procedure, which I followed to the "T". That was about a month ago, and I still have not received my refund! Everytime I e-mail them they tell me not to worry and that I would receive my refund in "a few days." That was 2 weeks ago, and I still have not received it. So now, I have no wig, and am out $160.00. Whenever I try to call them, the phone call never goes through. These people are crooks and if I could give them zero stars, I would. I am so sorry I did business with this company! I must now get an attorney involved to get my money refund. Would never recommend them.

This company is a fraudster!! Don't part with your money!!! The hair is NOT 180% density nor is it human hair. Their refund policy is crap. You have to send many many emails to get back your money and even if you make it clear that you DO NOT want a replacement, they still try to insist on sending it. Delivery is 21 days not 2-7 and the hair on top of the wigs are sparse and badly plucked. AN AWFUL COMPANY - STAY AWAY. customer service is poor. THEIR REVIEWS ARE NOT GENUINE - BUT FALSE!!!!! it took me over a month to get a refund. PLEASE DON'T USE THE COMPANY

The wig was beautiful when I received it the color was perfect the length was exactly what I ordered the curl pattern was exactly what I wanted and the thickness was great, Great customer service they answered every question I asked

Only negative it takes a while to get the wig so I am re-ordering well in advance and I am re-ordering the same wig with the same specifications

I bought a ombre short pixie cut lace wig, the look the picture achieved does not produce the same results, the wig looks like poodle hair, Worst wig ever do not recommend the website at all, I am very disappointed, the wig is a hot poodle mess

Unit was better than I expected. Hair was soft and beautiful. Contact customer service several times and they were quick to reply and polite. I will be ordering this unit and from this company again
