"Manipulation to delete my review"

I was asked by Jessie’s selections to delete my negative review. I was told they would refund all of my money including the $28 restocking fee. This week, I received a partial refund but not the $28. Again, I was told on email to delete the negative review and they would send it. If I could post the photo of the email they sent, I would! Disgraceful company!

Their quality of wigs are by far the best I have ever ordered, customer service and communication is outstanding, They are now my go to for ordering wigs. I’ve ordered 4 wigs in a short period, I recommend this company to anyone that order wigs online, they haven’t disappointed yet!!

I purchased a wig from this company and was sent a totally different wig. When wanted to send it back they stated I was the one who ordered the wrong wig. They gave me a address to return the wig and I never heard from them again about my refund. This company got the wig and $117. Will never buy again.

I have to say that I have tried a lot of very good weaves but Jessies's Selection, it was the very best. It was the best hair and closure that I have ever used. The color was wonderful and it is so soft! I usually do not like hair on my neck but this hair is so good that I will not cut it!
The price was great also and everything was there in the lovely gift bag!

Do not buy. I’ve been trying to get a refund for the past month. I have been disputing the charge. I returned the wig and never received the refund. The pictures are also not real. They are recycled from other sites.

I loved the wig so much.
It was exactly like the picture of the distribution and it was soft and actual real human hair. I’m an “ok” with the amount of shedding from the hair buh the quality was awesome. The only thing that I look at the most was the front lace vs the back of the wig. The front of the wig was shorter than the back. I initially thought that the front would be the same length as the rest of the hair. Overall it was so good and I’m more than satisfied with my purchase!

Love my drawstring ponytail! 5 stars!! Its the same color and texture as my real hair! And loved the fact that the seller stayed in touch during the shipping process! Will definitely order again in the future!
