"Pour quality hair & nonexistent customer service"

Pour quality hair that looks synthetic. Theyl company does not respond to email requests for refunds. Don't waste your time. I think they are based in China. So even if they finally respond, you may never get your money back and you may end up paying for postage and customs fees to return. I'm just glad that I chose to start with an inexpensive product to test the quality of the product and the customer service. Do not trust any Youtuber who recommends these units. They are lying just to get compensated.

Jesse selection has very good communication about any questions I had. My wigsbarrived before the expected date, and I am very satisfied. I co washed my two curly hair wigs and my goodness the curls are so nice. My 4x4 hd lace wig is full ,long and pretty curls. Thank you again Jessie's selection!

They're legit! Ordered a wig and it took forever to be shipped which made me nervous that this site could be a scam, but it came eventually and the wig looks great! I do however feel it is a bit thin, 180% density seems like 150% density. Other than that, it's a pretty decent wig.

"Beware the "bait and switch""

Look very carefully before you buy from this company! I went back and forth with some condescending employee (that apparently calls everyone "DEAR") because I was given a percentage off as a new client but when I went to check out, my incentive % was PREPRINTED as "not eligible. "Dear, you must spend $199 before you get that % off," I was told. It was clearly a bait and switch! And as attractive as the wig was, other negative reviews helped me walk away.
