"Paid for my order last year, can't login and server is dead"
Paid for my order last year, order was supposed to arrive in november however since october this year i have not been able to login to the website, which is by the way the only way to check anything about the shipment and processing of your order.
When i tried to password reset it would just link to the exact same server login error.
Now i tried again today but the site was flagged as unsafe by both chrome and firefox.
Safe to say that i've probably been scammed and they've run off with the money, such a shame.
Although i'd advise anyone to not buy anything from this site, that would be impossible to begin with as it is currently impossible to access the site.
Hope i get to see my money again, but i'm doubtful.

"I paid for my order in June"
I paid for my order in June. I opened a ticket and got an automated response that they are very busy but would be in touch. I never heard from them. I’ve emailed them several times since. Now the login to the website is broken and so is the password reset. This is a scam.

Sent multiple emails trying to get order status update. Cannot log on the website due to errors. Never response to any message. Phone number they provided does not work and they're literally annoying the heck out of me now. This company is def a PoS and should be avoided at all cost.

Never buying here again, how do you even mess up your user database?
Hope I will receive what I paid for otherwise a lawsuit would definitely get me my money back and more since they are breaking so many laws it's laughable.
** After several weeks still no response, guess I won't see my money back or my pre-order that sucks.

"Leugenaars tot op het bot"
Verzamelaars wees alsjeblieft voorzichtig. Otaku Square is een leugenaar. Otaku Square heeft mijn pakket naar een verkeerde adres gestuurd. Ze hebben beloofd op 23-09-2022, 27-09-2022, 03-10-2022, 04-10-2022, 11-10-2022 en 13-10-2022 dat ze zo spoedig mogelijk contact op zullen opnemen om het op te lossen. Het contact moest allemaal van mijn kant komen. Na 10-10-2022 hebben ze ook hun telefoonnummer eruit gegooid waardoor ze telefonisch niet bereikbaar zijn. Heb op 17-10-2022 nogmaals geprobeerd telefonisch contact op te nemen. Helaas zijn ze niet bereikbaar. Gelukkig zijn alle gesprekken opgenomen. Deze gesprekken zullen dan ook online komen. Hoop zo dat toekomstige verzamelaars kunnen voorkomen dat ze dezelfde probleem zullen ervaren als ik. Maar ik blijf geloven in sprookjes en hoop dat ze ooit contact zullen opnemen en netjes mijn probleem oplossen.

Called and emailed many times about cancelling my order without response from the company. Each time they took my information but not ONCE have I been contacted back about my order. I am severely disappointed in the lack of service and want my money back.

I knew very little from this company, but when I saw they were partnered with MFC I figured they were legit, so I made my first purchase with them. I regret it. It took them a whole month just to ship my item, and when I told them to cancel my order (prior to shipping) all they did was give me the run around and waste my time. I had already received my item from elsewhere and in short order as well. Even after asking numerous times to cancel my order and not getting a definitive response, they still shipped my item anyway, to which it got delivered to the wrong address somehow because I never received it. Needless to say, I got my refund. Their incompetence with customer service and inability to ship on time and to the correct address should be enough of a clue to stay away from them unless you want your time and money wasted.

Chat support can't do anything, not even basic things like check their own stock. I have never gotten an email response, still have half a dozen open tickets going back months. You don't even get a "ticket received" if you use their webform or the info email instead of the service email. Don't be fooled if they escalate your ticket to a specialist, you won't get an actual reply.
I have used my legal right to revoke an order that is overdue 6 months by now (and out of stock with the manufacturer) but they haven't given me my money back and it's past the legal deadline by now. Going to return my order that just arrived because i do not trust them to provide post-sale support or warranty should i need it, honestly wondering if they will actually return the money this time. You have to input the order number from your shipping confirmation (including the #1), not the order number from your order confirmation it ask for in the return portal. They also want you to package the return shipment leak proof to make it an extra hassle and cost, not that the order was shipped leak proof by them. This order was also late with no delay notice. Never received an invoice for any of my orders.
Save yourself the hassle and order straight from japan, you'll get your products faster even with the country on covid lockdown.
