All in all, I was happy with everything that really mattered.
The package was delivered without any problem or damage. And it was delivered quickly after I first received the mail that it had been shipped.

My only complaint was that, after my product had been delayed I received no notice of the fact. And it was only after I had reached out to Otaku Square that I was able to confirm that my product had in fact been delayed.

All in all, I'd recommend their services and products. And I'll probably use them again in the future.

I had to talk twice with the customer service since the estimated shipping date given was not accurate. I have to wait for their response but they were very kind to me. Regardless, once shipped the product arrived in perfect condition and really fast.
Now, I am writting them since the figure was supposed to come with a bonus and it is not in the box...

Colis bien reçu, il est parti des Pays-Bas à la date donnée lors de la commande. Je l'ai reçu dans la semaine après l'envoi. J'ai enlevé une étoile car mon numéro de téléphone n'a pas été transmis au transporteur ce qui aurai pu entraver la livraison si j'avais été moins chanceux. À part cela la figurine est en très bon état et de bonne qualité, le catalogue contient des réeditions ce qui est parfait pour ceux qui ne veulent pas précommander et attendre 1 an, ou qui aurait raté leur personnage préféré. En tout je n'ai attendu que 3 semaine, 2 pour que les stocks soient dispo et 1 pour l'envoi, pour les stocks le site informe bien sur la date.

Packaging was insufficient. The Box got damaged during shipping. Only paper was used to cushion the shipment.

Geen track and trace, helemaal niks. 3 keer gebeld met callcenter van otaku square, maar systeem is niet bereikbaar voor hun en medewerkers hebben geen idee wat er aan de hand is. Terugbelverzoeken wordt niks mee gedaan... En dat voor een pakket van meer dan €300!

I pre-ordered multiple items through this site and received my first order today. The item was packaged securely. I was kept in the loop via multiple automated e-mails with updated release dates. Their e-mails do tend to end up in Gmail's "promotion" folder though (I fixed this manually).

I didn't make use of their customer service, so I can't comment on that.

I'm looking forward to my other orders.

Not sure what’s happened but service and operations seems to be non existent. Chased a pre order for updates but to no avail. So glad I paid via PayPal and was able to get my money back as they have heard nothing back either. Disappointing and I would definitely recommend opening a case if you haven’t heard for awhile.
