The gift card I purchased from you in late September (Order ID: 12582320) still has not been received by the recipient and I'm really tired of all the run around I've been getting! If your tracking says it's been delivered, then I want to know where and to whom! All I know is it wasn't received by the person it was sent to! I'm a senior citizen on a very limited income and I don't have the money to waste, so please find out where this went or refund my money and cancel this order! I need confirmation from you (not emails from Shopper Approved, as they know nothing about this!

"QUESTIONABLE COMPANY"
With all the gift card fraud out there, I decided to purchase a virtual Visa from giftcards.com. I have yet to receive any order confirmation email nor the virtual card, yet my credit card has been charged. The only way to reach these people is via email, and I did receive a confirmation back that a case has been opened. Still, there should not be any delay in receiving the card. I've purchased from Amazon in the past with no issues and immediate delivery. I'm about to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. No excuses giftcards.com. I don't need the stress.
Update: I received an email a bit later telling me my order had been cancelled because it "didn't pass our screening process". Makes no sense. My info was accurate and Citibank Visa approved the charge. Instead, I bought a card from vanillagift.com. The fee was $2 less than giftcards.com and they quickly fulfilled the order.

"The Worst Customer Service Ever"
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The Customer Service phone number is useless. They never allow you to talk to an agent, so if you have a request that doesn't correspond to a number, forget it. Tried the chat. It connected me to Reyna P. Who never said hello or asked me what my question was. Tried to go back in, and guess who I got? Reyna P. Who never answered again. She either needs training or needs to be fired.

I sent the card to my brother, he tried to use it and it won’t pull up. I sent an inquiry last week and have yet to hear anything back. Starting to think this is a fake website.

Bought a gift card 10/3/24 @ 3:35 am. Explained all that to them and to date 10/5 they have NOT honored the gift card not return the money to my account. They took the money out of my bank account but NO GIFTCARD. Took a day before being able to get in touch with anyone through chat because they are so busy. Got message there was a technical problem. Was told that in a few days it will correct itself. Still waiting. Impossible to deal with so Dont Buy Through Them!!!!! Should be shut down.
All the data was given to the chat person. All i want since it is your technical issue is for you to release my payment immediately or provide the gift card purchased and no one is willing to do that. The person in chat found all the backup on your end but still company won't to anything about it.

"Over a week for e-gift card!"
I ordered an egift card on Monday 09/30. When I got it I was unable to open it. I called customer service, where I was told they were issuing me a new card and it may take up to 24 hours. 24 hours later I called back...still no card. The issue was said to be escalated. Today is Friday 10/04. I called again. Was told the card was renewed and it could take up until Monday 10/7 before I recieve it. I will never use this site again and I DO NOT recommend!!

I have reached out multiply times, tried calling was on hold for over 25 - 30 minutes finally hung up
I still have not received the gift card which was supposed to have mailed. Not emailed to recipient.
Very frustrating as her birthday has come and gone.
please let me know asap or I will cancel the order

Due to error use on the receiver’s end. I had to resend email, so they could get card info again. On 2 different days the Mastercard site has sent them system down. Can you help with this please?
