Edited response. Good experience in that my granddaughter did receive her card on the designated day after all, but i hope for more clarity in the future about what time a card is sent.

bought two gift cards for $150 each for the same person. Only one is received, although the company says that both gift cards were sent.It was not possible to get the 2nd. gift card from Giftcard.com if it were not for the review. They should have known it that they received the money for two gift cards and they have to send two. If they allow people to buy gift crds for any amount they want, this would have not happened. But I think they are not going to change.

I needed to get some funds to my son, who lost his debit card & needed a hot meal, gas & groceries. A quick decision was made to get him a prepaid Visa so he could get everything he needed, wherever he wanted to go. The ecard was delivered in minutes. I will say, I tried three times to upload a photo to personalize the ecard, but was unsuccessful. It just would’ve made the whole experience better if I could’ve done that.

I've bought gift cards off if here for awhile now, but whatever they tweaked with their system recently is not worth the absolute headache of orders being canceled consistently, with no good reason and the only explanation doesn't even make sense. You can enter all information correctly but if their system thinks even a little that it's a security breach by who's definition I'm still not sure of, than they will cancel your order and say there was a "mistake". If anything it's more of a security risk if I have to input all my information over and over again rather than whatever their janky system considers one. You're better off going to a different site until they fix their security stuff back to the way it used to be. Customer service don't help either other than ask for your phone number for someone to call you, which still doesn't help because than you're on the phone for an hour for them to just say sorry and to make sure your information is correct, like you're an idiot or something who does not know you're own info even after entering it a million times. But nonetheless, you will still get an email saying oops we take our security very seriously check your information and try again, so yeah, so so helpful indeed. Anyways, take it from me. Go to a different site who doesn't make it almost impossible to spend your own money.

I haven't gotten my gift card or any emails sent to me after 20 minutes of waiting after initial purchase. All the other times i used this site my giftcards were sent to me within 5 minutes.

"I placed the order with PayPal"
I placed the order with PayPal, got an email confirming the order, and then immediately got an email saying the order was canceled. However, they still charged my PayPal account and have left it as pending. The only way to talk to somebody is by email as you cannot get anyone on the phone without an actual card number. Got this to help pay for a automotive repair and now my wheels are spinning trying to figure out how to resolve this.
