"Despite calling ahead there was no car…"

Despite calling ahead there was no car available when we arrived at the company vehicle rent had provided. I was told I could cancel and get a refund. I have since found that the money was taken anyway and I have to send an email. Whether I get a refund or not is still yet to be known. Many other people also found they had no car on the day. Do not use this company. They have poor customer service and give miss information. Not only this, you will be without a car.

I do not think anyone received any money at all.
