I have purchased a few items for delivery on two occasions. Both times the service has been flawless and prompt. Each of the orders were well packed and arrived with DPD in a perfect condition.

I've bought several lots of bed linen, outdoor furniture and pottery over the years and I've always been very happy with the products and delivery. Had to return a duvet set last week (I didn't like the colour). I didn't realise they didn't do free returns as I'd never returned anything before, so return was expensive but that was my fault for not checking beforehand, but. they let me know within a few days that my account had been credited.

This shop has the worst customer service, they don't care about customers at all. There was an issue with the order, it never got delivered, and instead of apologies or trying to do something to fix an error, all you get is a complete ignorance. They just don't deserve customers, please avoid avoid at all costs!
