Delivery was supposed to come in 48 hours but came in 2 weeks
And still when it arrived the product was ripped then when i asked for replacement or return they denied
And their customer service is very bad sometime replying at 1am at night
Would not recommend!!!!

I have been using Laam for many years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone hesitant to order from online. The clothes are exactly as advertised. The quality depends on the designer you are selecting as Laam is the supplier NOT designer. Their customer service is also great and I have never had any issues. The shipping date they provide, items always ship according to it and gets delivered fast depending on destination. Great work laam team!

"Always have problems with Laam"
Always have problems with Laam. First of all extensive delivery charges as they do not comply with the delivery charges noted in website.
Secondly Laam staff emailed me to say Denali article is not available to ship and that they will charge further shipping charges if shipped later separately. I then agreed for this article to be refunded as did not want to wait and charged extra despite it being advertised as express shipping and available on website.
But shocking instead of cancelling Denali article they instead cancel an article called Kiara without my instruction and especially when this was advertised as express shipping therefore there should not have been any issues with shipping this.
It is their error and their staff put the blame on me that I requested for this to be cancelled. laam staff have chosen to cancel the Kiara article not me. Despite me raising a complaint this has not been dealt with appropriately. They continue to ignore my requests.
Please confirm you will ship the Kiara item as promised when I made the order as it was advertised as available and express shipping if you fail to do this it will be a breach in consumer rights and regulations.
I believe Laam staff lack the capacity and competence to understand how transactions work and good customer service. I have already explained that I would like a manager to deal with this so please forward to Manager /director failing which I will take further action.but they fail to action this. So appalling and disappointing to order as everytime I order I have a problem with the order due to their lack of communication and understanding of how transactions work.
