I’m honestly shocked by the way LN-CC has handled my refund. I returned my order on October 3rd, and it’s now over 55 days later with no refund in sight. I’ve reached out multiple times, but all I get are vague responses and promises that never lead anywhere.
I was told I’d get an update by November 21st, which was already over a month after I returned the item, but that date came and went with no resolution. Instead, I keep hearing that they’re still "investigating" the issue, even though I followed all their return instructions.
This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve been patient, but at this point, I just want my refund. It’s unacceptable that it’s taking this long, and I’ve shared my experience here to warn others. LN-CC has failed to take responsibility, and I’m still waiting for the refund I’m owed.

I have purchased many times from LN CC. Always arrived online and nice packaging. This time i purchased a vest but too small. I want to return it and purchase a bigger size. It clearly on the website the same item went up to price. But CS came back saying the item number is not available cannot offer me the adjustment price. That’s fine! I ordered a mini purse month ago now I want to get another one for my friend. Price went up. I emailed them twice follow up the price adjustment. Never email me again with their decision if they can offer me the price I purchased. No phone number you can call. Don’t email me back. Terrible service.

"Shocking communication"
Shocking communication, ordered 2 items, shipped straight away but then sent an 'automatic email' to say 1 of the 2 items was actually out of stock the day before i received the item in the post. I no longer wanted the order because it was for an event and without that item i would not have paid for shipping or bothered ordering on this website. i received no response from this (do they even have an active customer service team or is the whole thing 'automated'??) Would of appreciated knowing the item was out of stock PRIOR to shipping the items, not after.
