This is a scam company. You should stay away from them. I have purchased a +$ 5,500 YSL jacket on their app. They shipped me a different jacket, which seemed like a replica. I received the shipment in a grocery bag like package. I have been trying to return the jacket since early January but they wouldn't even bother to communicate with UPS and cause the package return back to me in Germany. I made two unsuccessful attempts to return the merchandise and get my refund. They don't have a phone number for customer service, they wouldn't respond to emails in days. I feel I have to warn everybody so that no-one else goes through the same trouble I am going through,

This is a very false comment and you are providing misleading information on your posts. The email received from you contains exact same wording as this post and does not offer any assistance or solution. The customs is not taking longer than anticipated time, because you haven't provided the full set of documents required for the return and due to missing information the shipments were returned to me twice, not only once. Hope you take it seriously and try to solve the problem rather than posting a reply just for the sake of looking like you care.

"Wrong item received, customer experience awful"
I ordered a swimming costume for my holiday and received it 4 days later, however I received an entirely different item to the one I ordered. When I called, no one was remotely apologetic. They didn't care. They told me they would contact the relevant team and that someone would be in touch. No one got in touch with me. So, I contacted them again and the same information was given to me. Finally they told me that a return had been authorised. I checked the commercial invoice and it declared my item as being £126 total when the item was £172 total. Again I had to quiery this to ensure that my refund was £172 and not £126. 3 weeks later I have had to call for the 50th time because I tracked my item and it was delivered on Friday 7th February, no notification from LN-CC that it had been received and that my refund was being processed. I have just been told that my refund will be processed in 14 working days. This makes a total of 5 weeks from ordering to getting a refund (if in fact they do refund me by then), having received the wrong item. They don't care.
