I was really scared for my order after I had read the reviews !
I have to say, no complications, my parcel arrived early, the shoes are like on the picture. No problems at all
Ps. My shoes were coming from the warehouse in italy :)

Brought an item in the private sale that was 1,287 then a week later logged into my account to see the item reduced further from 1287 to 1072 and I asked them to refund me the difference of 215 pounds because I'm still in the returns period but they refused. It made sense to refund me the difference because I could easily return the item and then buy it back again for 1072

Great service. Package arrived earlier than expected, which was a double bonus!

Ordered a pair of Salomon XT6 which arrived in good time but the finish of the shoe was terrible. Incredibly poor workmanship on the front of the shoes, glue all over and the sole coming away from the shoe which will let water in to a 'goretex' shoe. Plus dents in the base of the shoe.

Tried to report the issue to see what could be done but had no response from them.

Wish i listened to the reviews.
