"The worst experience ever"

The worst experience ever. I have returned one item from my order, returned approved and recived on the 2nd of December, today is the 30th and I haven't recived any refund. Do not buy here.

Uodate: they have sent me an email saying that they proceed with the refund, 5 days ago, through PayPal, this has never happened, usually paypal send you an email with the actioned refund, I have also check with them, nothing. This company is scam I am reporting the fraud through the bank.

"LNCC Stole My Gift Card: A Birthday Gift Gone Wrong"

I recently experienced an infuriating and completely unacceptable situation with LNCC, a supposedly international company. A coworker generously purchased a gift card for me as a birthday gift. It was purchased online in the UK, and I live in the US. Simple enough, right? Wrong. LNCC refused to let me use the gift card to ship products—identical to those available on the UK site—to the US.

At first, they outright lied, claiming the gift card was invalid after just 7 days of purchase. This was nowhere stated in any of their terms or conditions, either when purchasing or redeeming the card. When I pointed this out, they quickly backtracked and admitted the card was valid for a year, instead blaming me for entering the code incorrectly. I provided screenshots proving I had entered it correctly. Even then, they couldn’t figure out the issue.

It gets worse. After I had to troubleshoot the problem myself, they informed me that the card couldn’t be used on the US site and refused to transfer the value of the card into USD or provide any alternative solution. Essentially, LNCC has pocketed the birthday money that was meant for me, and I’m left with nothing. This entire experience was beyond frustrating—it’s not just bad customer service; it’s unethical.

I placed an order with LN-CC on the 17th December. Supposedly the item was arriving on Christmas Eve. I have yet received the order and when I go to the website to check and track the order it says that I have had no previous orders with this company and I have no way of tracking the order. Very disappointed

Nice collection, managed to bought smthg off my wishlist and they shipped out my order relatively timely. It would be better if they allowed us to choose which courier we would like, seeing that we do have to pay for delivery fee for sale items. They automatically assigned UPS to me. I read on their support page that they do have DHL. Wrote to their customer support but they couldn’t change it even though it was right when the label was just printed and the item was not shipped yet. There has always been a problem with my country’s local UPS, I ended up having to fork out an extra $20 on top of the shipping fees paid for clearance fee. Never had to pay for this with other courier like DHL and FedEx. @LN-CC please allow customer to choose which delivery courier they would like that’s listed on your website, especially if they have to pay for it.
