"Ich habe einen Artikel retourniert"

Update:
Nachdem ich die Bewertung abgegeben habe, ging die Erstattung sehr schnell. Eine Mitarbeiterin des Serviceteams hatte sich nach der Bewertung umgehend mit mir in Verbindung gesetzt und meine Fragen schnell und kompetent beantwortet.
Aus diesem Grund ändere ich meine Bewertung und hoffe, dass der Kundenservice im Bedarfsfall künftig besser funktioniert vor allem, ohne dass man zuerst eine schlechte Bewertung bei Trustpilot abgegeben muss.

Ich habe einen Artikel retourniert, welcher auch laut Sendeverfolgung in Empfang genommen wurde.
Ich warte nun seit mehr als 3 Wochen auf eine Erstattung in beträchtlicher Höhe.
Zwischenzeitlich habe ich auch Paypal eingeschaltet, nachdem ich den Shop bereits zuvor per Email kontaktierte.
Ich erhalte keine Antwort, telefonisch erreicht man ebenfalls niemanden, da die Verbindung jedesmal unterbrochen wird.
Kundenservice geht definitiv anders!
Ich bin mal gespannt, wie lange ich auf meine Erstattung warten muss.
Aber die gleiche Erfahrung haben ja scheinbar viele andere auch gemacht…..

Die Artikel sind nicht günstiger als woanders,
Rückerstattungen dauern zu lange, zurückerstattet wird nur der Artikelpreis und nicht die tatsächlich gezahlte Summe, Fazit: keine gute Alternative für mich zum Shoppen ;)

About my Gold Chameleon was degraded to silver Chameleon without following the rule which ur website set! And ur customer service Johnny & Sihaeng avoided to answer the question I truly asked and kept answered the same response I dont really care. And they didn’t solving any problem at all. The most awlful customer service I ever seen. Thank to u guys, I turn to other website shop my favorites.

The item I bought came all the way from Italy in a few days, and it was well packaged. (unlike several items I have bought in the U.K.)

Still awaiting refund for returned item. Policy states two weeks from receipt. Don’t believe it. I’m into my third week with no email correspondence despite fed ex notifying me that my item was returned and received. When contacted- I was sent an uncaring generic email telling me to read the returns policy that states two weeks? Won’t be shopping here again. Do you know how efficient other rival companies are? Never had an issue.
