So.. im not the only one waiting to get my refund back on to orders? LN-CC whats going on. This is unprofessional, i contacted you for 4 weeks now - i still miss my refunds.

Die zurück geschickte Ware im Wert von über 600 Euro wurde 3 Monate nicht zurückerstattet. Mehrmals wurde mir das aber bestätigt. Nach bestimmt 30-40 E-Mails und 10 Anrufe (kein Scherz!) wurde der Betrag schliesslich zurück überweisen.
Bei der nächsten Bestellung habe ich nach fast 4 Woche die Lieferung noch immer nicht erhalten! Nach 2 Wochen wurde mir aber versichert das diese bald eintrifft.
Sowas kann man sicher gar nicht vorstellen wie viel da schiefläuft. LN-CC hat echt ein riesiges internes Problem was Prozesse angeht.

I bought a dress a night before and did a bigger discount the next day. But customer service specialist couldn't offer me a price match and just repeat it’s the website policy. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed and don't want to come back to purchase in the future.

I have never in my life have had such a poor service experience, I ordered my package the 25/11, they returned the money the 10/12 and I thought the package was cancelled without them telling me, my bank account was freezed and I didn't know why and it was because they were claiming the money, as of today after nearly 1 month after ordering and having chats on and off telling me my order will be shipped, I have received only 1 product of the 2 I order and NEVER no one told me there was no stock, when today I received an email of stock availibitly of the exact same product I bought at a lower price and I don't have my shoes because apparently there was no stock? They are truly incompetent and scammers.
Also customer service through chat and phone are useless, never give a proper response and everything takes forever. Even shipping dates are a complete lie.

"Poor Communication with Customers"
I have placed multiple orders with LN-CC, but this is the first time I am considering not buying from them again.
I placed an order on 11/21/23 and have not received any email updates by LN-CC. If I had not reached out to them twice via customer service chat there would be no other communication regarding my order. Similar to others, I was told that they are investigating the issue with their warehouse, but that they could not provide me with an update on when my order would ship. The order confirmation email mentions that there might be delays in shipment, but does not say it will take weeks or possibly month(s) to get the items ordered. I have experienced delays in orders with other retailers (not as long as this one), but at least they have provided email updates instead of leaving the customer wonder what is going on.

Why should we take it privately when your customer service is not replying my emails about the Prada empty box that LNCC sent me! It’s been 3 weeks now and no one from your department is solving the case!
Your policy says that we will get back to you within 24 hours but no!!! Your customer service team are totally ignoring my email.
They just brush me off!
I am going to write my review openly until I get my money back from the empty Prada box LNCC me!!

I will give negative if possible. I have ordered 2 items, a balenciaga t-shirt and a sneaker but received only an invoice for 1 item. When checked, only received reply days later not answering my question why so. After checking on 2nd time, I was told the balenciaga sneaker I bought was not available hence they only sent the t-shirt but cancelled my order for the sneaker. This is very unprofessional and unethical for 1. Customer was not consulted if they still want to proceed with the partial order fulfilment and 2. Why would an unavailable item be on the website for purchase. I have asked the 2 questions but still have not received any reply.

"Where is my refund?"
On November 21, 2023, I made a purchase, anticipating its arrival. However, after waiting for more than a week without it being shipped, I opted to cancel my order, receiving confirmation of cancellation on November 29, 2023. Angela from Customer Service assured me of a refund in the coming days, but despite my follow-up on December 8, 2023, it didn't materialize. Shirley responded on December 12, 2023, expressing that she had placed an urgent refund request. As of December 15, 2023, I'm still awaiting the refund, which means it's been over two weeks since the process began. I am very disappointed with LN-CC's service.
