Really annoyed I didn’t check reviews before I purchased from here!
Made order on 16th December and the order is still processing. I spoke to customer service yesterday who told me processing last 2 working days and to message today instead. I messaged customer service in the morning and still no response. It’s been 4 working days and no movement in parcel. I’ll update review if any changes but please don’t be like me!

"Horrible experience, not recommended!!"

Horrible experience!!!
I bought a dress worth 284 euros in August. the parcel required a signature for collection. I never received the parcel and nobody knows what happened to it. I have been contacting customer service since August and they have never helped me, they always ask for documents that not even DHL knows what they are. I have never had such an experience. They sell luxury goods without any guarantee or insurance. The website has a nice selection and prices are often advantageous but there is no insurance that you receive the goods and they are not responsible for any losses... so absolutely not recommended!!

"Glitches in the website"

Glitches in the website. It is annoying to have to reload the site. The older version of the site functioned better. If one is in the sale section and clicks on one item, a lot of times one gets kicked out of the sale section. Navigation of site is not the most elegant. Also, list the fit; if true to size. Just listing the model’s size is beyond the point (e.g. Bottega Venetia). List heel height on shoes. Otherwise fine.

"Scam fraud"

A purchase was made 21 days ago. The goods have not arrived, no information about the goods, difficulties in contacting the company. As there is no feedback, a fraud report will be filed with the bank. Probably it is a scam site and the money is just stolen.

"Great service"

Great service, and fast delivery. Was my first order and was a great deal too. Ordered 18h December mid afternoon and received my articles on 20th December afternoon. My option was for express delivery and on this festive season may occure some delays. But since my order was processed really quickly in the warehouse, I receive it on time for Christmas. If you need to return your articles (not my case), will be easy too. You will receive an AWB with all settled to help you and though the APP os easy too.
Thank you to all the team involved and will continue shopping with LN-CC for sure.

my relationship with you was very good, the prices of the products being very attractive, the transportation of the products was fast and completely safe. the packaging was ok and the quality of the products impeccable, the only problem is the LN-EU-01550876 order from the 29.11.2023 which I still haven't received even though 3 weeks have passed since then. otherwise we continue together

Ware wurde storniert seitens LN-CC, das Geld wurde jedoch nicht erstattet. Seit 1 Woche schreibe ich den Kundendienst an, der jedoch nur Vertröstungen schickt. Laut AGB wird bei einer Stornierung das Geld innerhalb 48h erstattet. Ich habe über paypal einen Konflikt gemeldet.
