"Shipping Limbo"
This rating is less about LN-CC and more about their shipping partner Fed Ex. The experience on the online store was wonderful, but it has been 10 days since the order and my parcel is stuck in Fed Ex limbo with no expected delivery date. I'm sure it will eventually arrive and I understand that shipping from the EU to the USA has it's hurdles, but Fed Ex has made this experience sub par.

"Order cancelled without any notification"
Highly disappointing experience with a retailer that brands itself as “luxury”. I placed my order and received all email confirmations on the same day. Since the order was not shipping, I started checking the account - it turns out, the order was cancelled without any notice from the shop. All attempts of contact have been ignored and I received no single reply from the chat ever since the order was “cancelled” from their side.
Highly unprofessional for a site which is branding itself as luxury. Very frustrating, hence 100% recommendation to avoid, not least since so many customers have the same problems and voice them as reviews on here.

Leider kann ich nur einen Stern vergeben. An sich hat dieser Shop 0 verdient. Ich habe am 12.12 zwei Bestellungen getätigt, die eine wurde nach einer Woche storniert, die andere für den Versand angekündigt. Der Artikel der stornierten Bestellung, war am 18.12 wieder online, also bestellte ich wieder. Heute am 29.12 wurden alle Bestellungen storniert. Dies waren Weihnachtsgeschenke, die beschenkten musste ich am 24.12 bereits vertrösten, da ich dachte es reicht aus am 12.12 zu bestellen, um diese dann am 24.12 zu erhalten…vergebens. Nun habe ich die Geschenke bereits angekündigt, da man mir sagte, ich brauche mir keine Sorgen zu machen, die Bestellungen kommen es dauert nur ein wenig länger als gewohnt. Letztendlich bekomme ich gar nichts und habe keine Geschenke. Danke für Nichts.

"Do not purchase from this company"
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 23/11/2023 and as the goods had still not been shipped after 2 weeks, I began chasing repeatedly through customer services only to receive apologies for the "slight delay". I was told no shipping date could be provided. On 12/12/2023 my credit card was debited for the cost of the goods, so I became hopeful that my order would now be shipped. When I checked the website for progress of the shipment on 19/12/2023, the status of my order showed as "cancelled"! I had received no communication stating that my order was cancelled. I emailed customer services on 19/12/2023 asking for an immediate refund. To date I have not received a response and neither has my credit card been refunded. This is shocking service and I am completely speechless at how bad this experience has been. I have paid for goods which never arrived. Customer services is useless. I was left scrabbling around at the 9th hour for the same gift at another online retailer which luckily delivered to me in 48 hours. I have raised a dispute for the charge applied through my credit card issuer which means yet more wasted time chasing the refund. Do yourself a favour, save yourself time/frustration and do not buy from this company. Rating should be zero stars, not one star. I hope they do not respond to this review saying they will reply to me privately as seems to be the case for all other negative reviews here because frankly the time has long passed for any redeeming action to be taken. They just need to refund my credit card. End of.

"Waiting for over a month and a half on my order!"
I placed an order on November 1st and still haven’t received the item. Customer service continued to give me the run around response which happens to be the same template from their system when managing enquiries. It is very frustrating because the response has been your order has been processed and there has been delays at warehouse. This so called warehouse delay has been happening for over a month and a half, surely their inventory system would be able to locate the item by now. I can accept if order had to be cancelled because there was an error in their system rather than to keep me holding for this long. It’s poor customer service. I asked for my query to be escalated to the manager on 14th Dec and haven’t received a response since!

It's my favorite site to shop from. I had some problems, but they solved them. I think they deserve good comments with their quality.
