"A Consumer’s Worst Nightmare"

I’ve never had such a bad experience from an Online Shop in my life and for reference i buy everything online.

Weeks after the package got lost i never recieved any refund and got told the same thing over and over again.

If you buy something from this Shop. Consider your money Lost.

Don’t have any Hope for a refund or any sort of Help.

LN-CC Customer Service is a call center in India who are just sitting there to say things like “it’s been escalated” “have sent it to the relevant department” “thank you for your patience”. They don’t have anything else in their vocabulary or can’t help you find any solutions either.

Learn from my experience everyone and be very careful.

Edit** Don’t be fooled by the response. They contacted me via Email and told me basically the same thing once again. It costs my money out of my Pocket to call them from Germany but I have never received any help. But they tried to gaslight me into thinking i’m approaching it the wrong way. I’ll Keep this post Updated.

Edit 2** Another week gone by since this review. No refund or resolution till date.In total a Month since the order was placed. Order still not received, the refund neither.

"Order not delivered for month and a half"

I placed my order on the 24th of November and it still did not arrive. Customer care keeps telling that the order is getting processed but it has been already one month and a half. They also do not refund the money. This website is a scam. Avoid it.

UPDATE
I have just spoken to LN CC and they have authorised my return and were very helpful.
No issues at all using this company apart from technical issues on website but customer service available 👍

Searched online for a specific jumper, found on LN-CC website, have purchased from them in the past. A great easy to navigate website, with fantastic product choice and competitive pricing, plus a sale always helps. Finalised with great packaging and good postage costs. Product was first rate, would highly recommend.
