The parcel arrived swiftly and was well packaged. The t-shirt looked totally crumpled and unironed though. I am not sure if it is an authentic product as this is so unlike Max Mara!

Return is being held and won’t clear because your scamming company because clearance instructions are needed from you. Fed ex has reached out to you liars and you have ignored them!!! You are intentionally stalling and holding almost $700 of mine with this return!!!! Fed ex has reached out to you several times this week and so have i and we both are being ignored!!!!!! UPDATE clearance info so FED EX can return your shipment to you!!!!! The shipment won’t be processed until YOU DO THIS!!! When you looked up tracking info and came on here and wrote that fraudulent rebuttal you knew this!!! I have confirmed this will FED EX!!! It has been 7 weeks!!!!!!!!
Fed ex has made it clear that you scammers need to contact 1-800-463-3339 to update clearance info! I will be filing fraud chargeback Monday if this is not done!!!!

Customer service took one month to send me paperwork for return for damaged goods they sent me!!!! Now the return is sitting with Fed Ex because they gave wrong return paperwork for intentional return!!!! I will be forced to file fraud chargeback!!! Beware of these international crooks!!!!

After first order i was kinda sceptical because it took around 40 days to get the shoes i ordered but I gave it a second shot and this time all went incredibly smooth, ordered on thursday and by friday they ve already gave it to GLS, price was also perfect, hope they will keep in this pace so I can keep shopping there way more!

Bought 2 gucci hats for Christmas gifts Paid £327 for each order; they arrived stained and wrinkly on the peaks in a brown hessian bag under a plastic packaging which no doubt was damp inside causing the stains abd inside a ln-cc box. Just not the pristine quality you would expect for a gucci product. It took over ten days to get a reply from the company untill I made my first review here. I then received all information to return the hats, to Italy. It took another 10 days for them to arrive. Then another 14 days to receive a refund which after being assured I would receive the full amount paid including shipping, there was a deficit in the refund amount. I tried contacting them today and have not received a reply. I'm now asking pay pal to help sort this out. I would give zero stars to this company if it were possible. It's just not worth the hassles buying from here. After being assured on my last review here, that I would receive a full refund, sad to say I'm very dissapointed . I wont be buying from here again.
