"Extremely Long Shipping Times"

I placed 2 orders a few Days apart in November. They were Christmas Gifts. 1 Order I received within 10 days. The 2nd Order took 5 Weeks. I was wanting to decide what to keep once I saw all the items, but every time I spoke to the Customer Service Reps, they would say, “well, you can cancel your Order” instead of why it was taking 5 Weeks to arrive. Finally they mentioned something about relocating a Distribution Center and that was the delay, but it was extremely stressful since they were Holiday Gifts. I ordered on Nov 13 and received Dec 22!!!!

I made to orders. The 1st was shipped immediately, packed well no damage, fast delivery. But, the item wasn't in original box - and this brand accessories are always in their box with logo - it's Vivienne Westwood. Customer service fast in replies but, no use. 2nd order was shipped partialy. Fast delivery, ok. But, i was expecting the other part to of the order to be shipped and it wasn't happening. When i contacted CS for info on the status, they informed me that it's canceled and it will be refunded due to no stoci. I is tefunded, all good. But, there was no info until i got ti the CS. Items are Vivienne Westwood. Also, i noticed that the prices on their web but app as well are changing from minute to minute. For example, i saw an item with good price, saved it to favorites, went back to search, returned to fav's and the price was higher...

My package was delivered to the wrong address. When I initially called, I was told this would be resolved within 10 days. It's a month later and still no resolution! They have asked me for the same document 5 times and I Have sent it in all times. They send me the same email every other day that "they are still working on it". I will never order from this company again.

My second purchase from LN-CC, first was a Saint Laurent handbag, more recently Saint Laurent sneakers. On both occasions reading reviews made me hesitant to purchase but both items received, authentic and in reasonable time. A faster delivery option would be nice but if you’re not in a huge rush the items always arrive within a week or so in my experience and considering this was over new year I would say that’s pretty good. A fantastic deal more recently on the sneakers so really can’t fault them!

"Such a problem with customer service feedbacks"

Their articles are amazing but i am waiting for a reply on my order LN-EU-01523536 since a month and a half, it is exhausting to have to deal with their cs.

商品3点を購入したが届いて開封したら3点全てが空箱(商品の箱)のみで中身が入っていませんでした。出荷前に検品をしていないのでしょうか？ミスなのか故意なのか不明ですが非常に遺憾です。

I purchased 3 items, but when they arrived and I opened them, all 3 items were empty boxes (product boxes) without any contents inside. Isn't the product inspected before shipping? I don't know if it was a mistake or intentional, but it is very regrettable.
