die unrechtmäßig eingezogene Kaufsumme an Klarna zurück überwiesen. Trotz Ankündigung des Customer Service.

Man kann nur davor warnen mit diesem Unternehmen Geschäfte zu machen!!

Still would avoid this website. The slight savings are not worth such a hassle. Took weeks to deliver and extremely annoying seeing the package stuck day after day after week after week.

The wallet I ordered had some defects but I don't want to go through yet another hassle trying to get a refund. I learned my lesson, I will order directly from a designer next time.

Really a terrible company to cancel my order almost a month after I paid

When shopping here, it is easy to get not just what you want, but also a lot of official statements.

I find that the website (on Safari Apple browser at least) tends to be very slow to navigate on; it seems too heavy for my browser to support it effectively.
That is why I shopped through the app this time. Amazing experience! You can easily follow your order's process which are frequently updated. My order was processed and shipped very quickly too! I especially enjoy the app-exclusive higher discounts they give (*wink *wink).
