the order shipment was delayed by 18 days -- and eventually got cancelled. no compensation or a gesture of goodwill was offered. I wasted my time trying to figure out what is happening with my order.

Also ich kann auch nur vom Shop abraten . Kundenservice scheint hier ein Fremdwort zu sein. Ich hatte eine Tasche bestellt. Der Bestellstatus ist ne Woche gleich geblieben und es wurde nichts versendet bis ich mich bei denen gemeldet habe . Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es die Tasche nicht gibt , aber online stand sie zum Verkauf und das Geld wurde abgebucht ! Jetzt warte ich seit einem Monat auf meinem Geld . Und es ist ein ständiges ping Pong Spiel mit dem Kundenservice.Jedes Mal bei der Kontaktaufnahme wird mir gesagt, dass es die Tasche nicht auf Lager gibt und mir das Geld zeitnah überwiesen wird ! Seit einem Monat spiele ich Bank für das Unternehmen ! Und auf die Versendung meines Kartenetui warte ich auch bereits seit einem Monat ! Dazu wird auch keine Stellungnahme gegeben .

"Nie wieder!!!"

Ich habe am 19.10. eine Tasche im Sale bestellt und bis heute nie bekommen..
Es wurden sehr viele Mails geschrieben und Telefonate geführt. Mir wurde immer wieder gesagt das die Tasche schnellstmöglich versendet wird. Das ist nie passiert!
Heute wurde die Order storniert und die Tasche ist wieder im Shop verfĂĽgbar.. ZUM VOLLPREIS!!!

"Worst online store ever."

Worst shopping experience ever. This site is a scum and nowhere near the luxury. Second time in a row they are canceling my order because of delivery problems or items not in stock. They could simply remove the item that was out of stock from my order and not cancel the entire order. They could at least write an email to me in advance! I found out about the cancellation from my profile! It is 3 weeks from the date of order now, and still no refund. The support is not even answering on emails.

Worst online store ever, go to other online stores.

"LN - CC Bad Business"

Really terrible brand when it comes to customer service. I would advise anyone not to order from them!
I made an order from LN-CC not realizing it was coming from overseas and they ignored my request to return and still tried to ship out the item. I have to go through a long process, I'm currently going through, with my credit card company to dispute the charge when LN-CC should've just processed a refund. I repeat: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRAND. Especially considering it's around the holidays, this situation was extremely inconvenient

I boight from this website over three weeks ago and contacted them more than one week ago to ask when they would ship, but they keep saying that their department is working on it and never truly say anything else. It was supposed to be a Christmas present that now I don’t have even if I bought it a whole month before Christmas.

"CARELESS about customers"

Even though they have a 'price match guarantee' stated on their website, and customers can provide every evidence required, they still use ridiculous excuses like 'price changes too frequently'/'we can only see higher price' to refuse customer's price protection request!
And I'm not even price-matching with other retailers - I was just trying to request a price adjustment for the same product on your website! I don’t see any more excuses that you cannot adjust the price for me when the price dropped just 6 days after my order and not even received yet!
Unbelievable how careless they are about their customers - they do not value your time, effort and money. They'd rather ask you to return the order straight away instead of even trying to find a solution.
THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

They just refuse your request without even explaining what 'certain requirements' have not been met - in my case, the product is still available, at a higher discount, and the order was made within 14 days.
But they just gonna say NO to you for no reason because they failed to make up excuses and obviously customer satisfaction DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING TO THEM.

"Ridiculous!"

Order cancelled after more than a month-long wait due to 'inventory mistake'. It was meant to be a birthday gift. It was never shipped and every time I inquired and made sure there's still stock for the order to be dispatched, they reassured me. The 6th time I followed up, they finally admitted there's an inventory error. Order was cancelled 3 days ago and guess what, no one cares to inform me! Wasted so much of my time getting to the bottom of this and none of those times they proactively reached out to me. Just unbelievable!!!!
