I’ve been waiting for my order to be sent for about 23 days now. The customer service replied quickly and friendly, but unfortunately there was no new information when to expect my order.

My order was placed on November 28th, and I have been waiting for any progress since then. In the last two weeks, I have contacted Customer Service three times, and they have repeatedly told me to wait for shipment. On one occasion, they even informed me that there was no estimated shipment date. I decided to wait. As of today, December 12th, the customer service team has informed me that my order was actually out of stock, and that a refund will be issued. Your disregard for your customers' money and lack of proper feedback is insane. In addition, I should note that I was never notified by LN-CC, and I had to continually seek answers even when my order was actually out of stock. In spite of being a customer of LN-CC for quite some time, this is my first bad experience with them. Currently, I am unsure when I will order again, since there are many changes and improvements that need to be made to the overall service.
Right now, I am waiting for a refund from PayPal, and it should be brief.

This is my second time shopping at LN-CC and I am very satisfied. It only took a day for them to ship the item. The website was also easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. The item arrived in excellent condition and exactly as described on their website. Overall, my experience with LN-CC was outstanding, and I can’t wait for my next purchase.

I made an order two weeks ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet. A week ago I contacted the support team and they told me an estimate cannot be provided. That’s not ok for a luxury store. I was told that the company is improving its logistics and that’s why the delay, but I didn’t expect that big of a delay. If you know that you won't be able to ship within a reasonable timeframe, why are you taking the orders?
I’m leaving two stars just because the support team was responsive, but I’ll probably have to cancel my order.

"Very poor customer service"
Very poor customer service, their customer service team gave incorrect advice when purchasing a specific size with reference to a pair of Hoka trainers, their website also displays incorrect information, be mindful of this when ordering, the trainers arrived from Italy and were 3 sizes too big, very disappointing and now I can’t seem to contact them to resolve this matter

UPDATE: the refund has been processed (regardless of how much I wanted to stop it).. the bag was priced and purchased at 780 euro and only 682.14 was refunded. With the currency exchange on my credit card, I lost $226.98 Canadian. I have reached out to customer service to find out why there is a difference in the refund. Stay tuned...
I purchased my dream bag at a discount and was excited to wait for it to arrive. It has been a month... and to be fair, LN-CC notified me about the late delivery... but this morning, I got an email indicating that I'm getting a refund!
The bag never got to me... I sent an email to customer service expressing my wish to not get a refund but to keep the bag. However they told me that the refund will proceed due to logistics reasons... Now I need to repurchase my bag at a regular price + the extra credit card exchange rate... And LN-CC doesn't appear to care how disappointed I am.
I have made multiple purchases with other online stores and this has never ever happened. This is my first purchase with LN-CC but it seems like I would be afraid to make the second purchase again even if they have great promotions.
Think twice before you order!

sent an order with an incorrect invoice in which the amount is greater than my order, which is why I have to pay tax. They promised to resolve the issue a week ago. and does not deliver messages by email. Wrote 4 times
