I’ve been waiting for my order to be sent for about 13 days now. The customer service replied quickly and friendly, but unfortunately there was no new information when to expect my order.
I liked to order at their shop for some years now, but sadly won’t continue.

Update: after 18days the package has been sent, but then I got told that part of the order is not available anymore, which is pretty sad after waiting for nearly three weeks.
Also no refund for the missing item yet.

It’s the 20th of Dec now (placed the order on the 25th of Nov)… no refund, no package.

"AVOID SHOPPING HERE!!!"

I got a huge discount on a bag on black Friday. I have waited for my package to be ship for 3 weeks. I have asked customer service for several times already and the only response I got is “there are some delays due to high volume and we don’t have an estimate time when it will be ship”. I didn’t except this huge delay.

Update: they contacted me saying “ we will notify you with utmost priority as soon as we will have any updates”, I thought they would fastened my order, but a few days later they cancelled my order. When I checked the website the item was back on stock with regular price, then don’t do the promotion if you guys can’t accept it🙄🙄🙄 The way they deal with huge promotion is to not ship the order and cancel it after weeks of waiting. They would tell you the item is out of stock while putting it back on stock😬The worst experience I never had! Just don’t shop here guys, waste your time.

Order placed 4 working days ago . And on site they claim they ship witjon 2 days . So far not shipped and no email address on site that you can contact LNCC team through

Hallo,
Ich habe etwas auf der Seite bestellt und das Paket wurde, warum auch immer, an eine falsche Adresse zugesendet. Das Paket ist nie bei mir angekommen. Also habe ich mich an den Kundenservice gewandt, dieser bat mich ein Formular für die Nachforschung auszufüllen, das habe ich gemacht und direkt am gleichen Tag per Mail zurückgeschickt. Zwei Tage später habe ich wieder angerufen, hier war die Frau am Telefon so unfreundlich und behauptete ich habe kein Formular zurück geschickt, da bat ich die Frau mir zu helfen da scheinbar mein Formular nicht ankommt ob ich es anders als per Mail schicken kann, dies lehnte die Frau ab und sagte es ist alles mein Fehler und legte auf.
Ich habe das Formular erneut geschickt und nochmal zusätzlich per WhatsApp an den Firmenaccount.

Die Bestellung ist natürlich schon lange bezahlt und meine Ware ist irgendwo im nirgendwo.

UPDATE:
Heute (7.12) wurde mir gesagt, dass mein Formular scheinbar doch ankam.
Weitere Schritte sind noch ungeklärt

Returned a bottega veneta bag within their allotted return window in the same condition I received it, and the item was back in their warehouse on November 10th. It’s been a month and my account still hasn’t been refunded. I opened a dispute with Paypal and they had the audacity to initially not respond and then secondly offer a PARTIAL refund. Never purchasing from this disreputable merchant again! Buyer beware if you ever have to deal with their nonexistent customer service.

"Order made 2 weeks ago, still not shipped"

I made my order on Nov 21st but so far haven’t received any shipping notice. Had contacted the online customer service but all I got was that they were working on it and the delay was due to warehouse update. I contacted them several times but nothing was resolved! I don’t know when I will get an answer! Or should I just ask for a refund? But I definitely want the item! As it is a Christmas gift to myself

Be careful! After reading alle this reviews here I requested an immediate cancellation of my order.
However, nothing has happened other than what other people wrote here before“ we will forward your issue to responsible party” no cancellation, money frozen. This is highly unprofessional. Will report to Klarna and if nothing happens next to my lawyer.

Update: After I posted this review they canceled my order.
