"Bad last purchases"

I always ordered from this site, and everything was fine. After this month my opinion has changed.
I Made 2 orders one during Black Friday and the other 2 weeks later. They decide to cancel both orders 10 days later and I didn't even receive an email notifying me of this. When I contacted customer care the only explanation was that the products (many) are no longer in stock and that I would receive the refund. The next day my surprise was they put the items back in stock and removed the discount.

"I have paid for the express delivery…"

I have paid for the express delivery service for 15£ which is stated clearly on the website that going to take 1-2 days for shipping. However, it’s been 5 days and I haven’t receive my order yet and the customer service cannot even check when it’s going to be shipped or what happens with the order. Very disappointed.

Started with a good experience on the company. I'd signed up for email alerts on a product that was sold out. I received an email saying it was back in stock to promptly ordered it. After a week of no communication I asked if my order had been shipped. They stated they'd pass my question on to the right department. Another week passed and so I contacted their live chat to ask for an update. They told me my order was cancelled earlier in the week, however there was no email to say this and no refund. Would avoid at all costs, especially in the run up to Christmas where you need deliveries on time.

"Dishonest and shady business practices"

Dishonest and shady business practices.

Don’t expecting any birthday code or Dedicated CS Contact for your so called membership benefits. It’s all false advertising.
When I bought up my issue its took them over 8 days to finally update me with some ridiculous excuses , first they claimed that I haven’t sign up their newsletter, which I did and I have no problem receiving all their advertising, but only my birthday code is not been send, second they try to say I put the wrong date for my own birthday that’s why I did not got the code. However that’s all untrue. Because they have send the code to me last year ( when I’m white Chameleon members). Now this year I am in my gold membership, they just did not send me anything and when I bought up the matter. What they did is keep me waiting and find all these dishonest excuses try to fool me around.
I can understand sometimes system does have issue here there. However the way this company handled the issue made me feel highly disrespected.
As a customer we are entitled to the benefits which they have advertised in their website. Thats why we have choice to shop with them other wise is a false advertisement.. Considering how much money I have been spend in this company I did not get the respect which all of us customers deserves.
All they did to try to solve the issue are keep me waiting and blaming me with all the false accusations. As a company I would expect some honestly and decently. Instead I receive totally opposite.

Day 9, my issue still not solved. This is highly disgraceful.

So far terrible, I made my order a week ago and still nothing shipped. I talk to their customer service every day but still nothing happens.
Update, with help from customer team I receive what I ordered. Everything is perfect, I got scared from other reviews, but now I can say the shop is perfect! Thank you guys and sorry for everything!

I have made an order on 27 of November , but today (13 of December ) it’s still being “processed” and not even given to DHL.
Inside there is a birthday present for my very close person cost about 1000 euro.

It’s written on the official website ( it’s public offer by the way) that they offer express shipping . But in fact they don’t!
I paid them money - and after 2,5 weeks nothing happened.
Last time I contacted customer service several days ago they told me that they are deeply sorry for inconvenience ( ha ha ha) and would give my order the highest priority and ship it as soon as possible. Several days passed , nothing happened, and I contacted them again, as I was afraid that I would stay without the gift . And what do you think ? Today they replied me that my payment has expired 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. “We kindly inform you that the payment is expired. Please confirm if you want to receive a payment link to make the payment or cancel the order.”
Is it a bad joke ? Or no, that’s a fraud .
I didn’t receive my money back ! How can the payment be expired !?!?! That’s the most miserable and disappointing behavior I have ever experienced through my very long online shopping life. They left me without a gift to my friend , and now I don’t even have enough time to order it from another place . Also at the moment I’m without my money !!!is it a money scam ? Shame on you LN-CC!
I understand that you attract people with
discounts - and because of this you think that it’s ok for customers to feel that they are like beggars shopping at the cheapest outlet and should wait for they order for ages. And then after 2,5 weeks you can simply write them , oh sorry, buy your payment has expired! Pay us again without receiving money back and wait one more month , probably we won’t cancel your order again 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ It’s outrageous!!! There are no exuses for such experience for the company which is on the market in 21 century . You simply spoilt my holiday shopping and leave me without a gift .
I would gladly buy on Mytheresa, Netaporter and matshesfashion , I will better pay A LITTLE BIT more , but my nerves and my mood cost much more than your 20% discount , snd I will never ever spend time and nerves on your company.
Companies with such extremely low customer experience never stay long on the market.

Give my money back as soon as possible or I’ll be forced to contact my lawyer!!!

"ONE BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!"

ONE BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!

I placed 2 orders during black Friday. It was on 25th NOVEMBER!
One was cancelled without any notice!
The second one has not been sent yet! Now we have 13 DEC!!!
I sent a lot of emails to Customer ServiceDesk, without any response!
I have another order from 3rd DEC is also left without any response/action!

I’m not recommending this shop! Very bad shopping experience!
Now, I just want my money back!
