"Wrong sizing; expensive mistake"
Update: BUYER BEWARE: while I have my refund, please be careful with them. For example, they are still advertising American products in British sizes, when the size they will send you is the American (a UK4 on their website is a US4; LNCC, for your information, and for the millionth time: a UK 4 is a US0). They have ignored every attempt I've made to get them to acknowledge their error, so I hope this helps future customers.
I have been bombarded with requests for feedback and customer service representatives are the worst and most useless I've ever experienced. My advice: delete, ignore, shop elsewhere.
Very, very poor. UK company, but not advertising products with correct UK sizes, meaning UK customers have to return incorrectly-sized goods to Italy (at their own expense; UPS do not collect for free, no matter what the company claim, and you have to print out extra copies of the return form yourself, as they are not included). Customer service respond for a bit, patronise you, and then lose interest when you ask questions. Don't feel the refund will be forthcoming very soon. A very expensive mistake made: don't bother. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Is this a joke? I have not recieved my shoes yet despite being ordered over 3 weeks ago. I have written to customer service, but recieved no update as to whats happening with my order. Do better.
