DO NOT do business with this Co. They have had my $$ for a fridge hinge for well over half a year and nothing. Won't return emails or calls.

As others have said fraudulent company, charged for a part never shipped, no answer to dozens of emails or phone calls, don’t order here they will take your money but you’ll never receive the product or any response.

I going to echo what many others have said. Ordered a new door for my Norcold refrigerator. Credit card was charged promptly but nothing else. Order was made Oct 17, 24. I’ve called 4 times emailed and tried to chat; no response at all. Got the bank working on a refund. How do these people stay in business?

Because of all these reviews I read after I purchased a door for my fridge, I have been proactive with my bank. Ordered 10/7 and not heard anything and not received the door. I disputed claim with my bank! Already bought new fridge since I couldn't wait too long! Don't even try with these people!

I purchased 2 refrigerator door shelves that said would fit our model. The shelves did not fit! I sent emails on 9/18, 9/23 and 10/2, requesting a return authorization (which has to be requested within 30 days) and then also called & left a voicemail on 10/1/24 but have received absolutely zero response! I’m upset!!!

Communication is not part of this company’s vocabulary. I ordered a part that was supposed to be 3-5 day UPS shipping. I am currently going on 13 days and nobody will answer their phone or return messages that are left to call me back.

I ordered a left and right freezer door spring assembly. I only recieved the right hand assembly. I revieved no response from them concerning this when I emailed and phoned.

Terrible and unresponsive customer service. Ordered a Norcold fridge part on 06/29/24. Have been waiting two months to receive shipment information. I have sent two emails and a phone call requesting shipping status and have not received a reply.

I ordered and paid for parts over 2 weeks agoy, with a ship promise of 3-5 days. I've received nothing, and they won't answer or return my phone messages or emails. Big online scam!
