They messed up the address and my package was returned to them. They keep telling me to contact the PO to get it released or lodge a complaint. But it was returned to sender. Aeroband's support even suggested I check with my neighbors! Very frustrating, and at this point it's been six months and I have nothing.
EDIT: Another seven months and they blame it on COVID! Sleazy. I’m glad I got my money back through my credit card company. Don’t do business with these people!

Bad consumer service, Delivery took endless, but this is not the problem. Product is only useable on ios and there was no information about it before you bought it. Can not use it and stil no help, nearly no response to questions. I am very sad :(
edit: Yes, there is an android app but it is NOT working like they said in the advertising.

Drum sticks didn’t arrive. Total scam. They removed me from indiegogo for voicing my opinion. Also said I’d get a refund but that never appeared. Please stay away from these scam artists. Spend your money on a real drum kit!

"Bad customer support"
Hi, to all. I have my Aeroband since before Christmas and i'm still waiting how to make them work. My iPad last generation does not recognize the sticks. Also my iPhone 8 latest OS, the same. I have written to Aeroband and never gotten a response what to do. So customer Service is not what i expect. My customer experience on a scale from 1 to 5 is a 1.
