Turned out to be a big scam. Please don’t fall for it.

"NO RESPONSE FOR REFUND"

I ordered 2 wigs from these people on 10/31/24. I did not get them until 12/7/24. They do not look like the wigs advertised. One of them goes horribly with my skin tone and the other is a hot mess. I wrote on 12/7 and asked how to go about getting a refund. They wrote back immediately, saying to tell them more and send pics or video. On 12/9, I did as asked. No response. On 12/11, I sent a second request for refund. Still have not heard from them. These products come from China, so they take a long time to arrive, and because they are from China, returns are impossible. So they're money back guarantee is bogus. I do not recommend dealing with this company.

I would give these scammers ZERO stars if I could. I worries my first request to cancel the order I made only one hour after ordering. After 8 emails asking for cancellation and a refund, I finally get a confirmation that I woo be refunded. Then I get an email advising my order has shipped, to which I responded advising that I was told my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund. The company responded saying my request for cancellation was too late as my order had already shipped. WOULD NEVER RECOMMENDED PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a wig months ago still waiting poor customer service. I will never order from this fraudulent company again . You ask about shipping and get a rude response-how is this company in business. Should be shut down by authorities as a fraud taking people’s money and not producing anything. FRAUD FRAUD

Do not ever use this company they are thieves
You pay them and they pretend to send you the goods but you never received them at all
They pretend they attempted to deliver the goods but they never come to deliver and they get your money
Dispute with your bank whatever you purchased from them.

Ordered the item 2 weeks ago. Order says not processed. They do not deliver. I believe I lost my money on this one. Very unprofessional company. I will never order from them again. Update, supplier finally shipped. Not arriving for 2 weeks. I will update on the quality upon arrival

Item was darker than pictured on Facebook and the website. When I disputed the charge via PayPal, they changed the picture on the website and sent a bogus return policy that was different than the original return policy. It was even written in a different font. The original return policy had a US address for returns, but instead, they tried to make it hard for me by insisting it be returned to China. They offered me $3 and a credit. When I returned it to the address on the original return policy in the US, they sent it back. Fortunately, I received a full refund from PayPal, plus the cost to return it twice. These companies that advertise on Facebook are scams.

well this company can start to stop stealing pics and using them because what I ordered and what I received was a Halloween wig brite orange, wanted a soft blond ugh

Well I literally just ordered 2 wigs and 2 caps about 10 minutes ago, before reading through these, however, I always when possible pay with PayPal because if anything goes wrong they do the work to get your money back, which they have done in the past so my advice if warry about ordering use PayPal for sure to pay, I'll update once I receive my products, thankfully there was a buy one get one half off so very good price, wish me luck
