The tracking on my order from Wigyy stopped updating, and after over a week of no updates, I contacted them via their service e-mail address. They responded quickly and confirmed there was an issue, and they immediately had a replacement shipped. Excellent customer service!

"Quality and service"

Originally, the wig I ordered had somehow gotten lost with the transporter, but after contacting the Customer Service, they quickly let me know that it would be resent. I received it shortly thereafter. I wear wigs due to medical conditions, and I buy from different manufacturers. I was intrigued when I saw Wigyy on Instagram and thought I would give it a try. I was very satisfied. The wig is of excellent quality and feel. I will definitely purchase from them again. Well done Wigyy

My wig came and it’s absolutely gorgeous, as someone who wear wigs I can tell when it’s a good one or not and this is beautiful. I’m just very thankful for the Customer Service and for the whole process once again thanks very much.

"Real poor quality pieces"

Real poor quality pieces. All 3 different pieces ordered in same colour but all came in various shades. None suitable. All looked very fake and not at all like own hair. Easily detectable that you were wearing a wig. Truly disappointing and heartbreaking as waited so long for my pieces and paid a fortune. Would not recommend buying fro here again. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered and received four items from Wigyy, but two were unusable. The cost to return them to China would cost more than I spent, so they offered me only a 10% refund. It cost me $54 to learn my lesson.
They tried to bribe me to give a 5-star review, where by clicking the [SUBMIT] button, you agree that you have been offered no incentive for this review.
If you still want to do business with them, factor in the cost of shipping and of your soul.
