"I wish I had read these reviews first"

I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered the end if December it shipped 9 days later. Website states 1 to 5 days. It finally shows up and I tried it on to have it all in my face and not styling correctly. I immediately emailed asking for a refund. The website states a full refund is possible. I'm about 20 emails in back and forth with one associate "Chris" offering me 20% back and a coupon. And to ship back to China and sorry they don't pay for shipping but they will fully reimburse me. What a joke this company is. Website shows it is state side but customer service is based in China. I reported them to BBB not sure if anything will come of it. But what a waste of $50 bucks. No one should order from them ever!

This company is a joke. I placed an order on January 1st and it is now January 29th and I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed several times and they haven’t responded. This place is a joke. DONT ORDER FROM THEM.

The hair itself was shiny and soft which is great! However, the way the hair was woven, SO much of the longer hair is folding over into the bang area and the video of what I thought was purchasing was wispier which would've suited me better instead of what they sent which was a thick, poorly woven clump of hair.

Do not purchase from this company.
I have nothing good to say.
First. The order took forever to ship and didn’t ship until I emailed them and asked to have the order cancelled. Suddenly, I was told it had shipped.
Second. I received the wig (long wait) and it was not as described or pictured;
The cap protrudes from under the bangs. It’s visible.
The color is way off.
The style is different from the picture.
Third. It doesn’t fit correctly. The cap is not made right.
If I pull the wig down to try to get the ridiculous bulge on top to lay flat, the wig covers my ears and the top still has a visible bulge.
Fourth. The “hair” is obviously synthetic and unlike the picture.
Fifth. The customer service is bad. Really bad.
The email responses sound scripted.
I asked to return the wig (only using the reason as the cap protruding under the bangs) and “Chris” (you’ll see that name in many reviews here) asked for pictures, I sent pictures.
I was told I got what I ordered.
Emailed them back to disagree and then started getting the runaround. Many emails going back and forth offering me discounts (ranging from 10%-40% off) and coupons for future purchases. Seriously? Future purchases? 😑
The answers changed for each email response I received.
Sixth. They do not honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee return policy.
Seventh. They won’t provide me with a return label and I’m expected to pay return shipping costs to China.
Eighth. The final email I got back went full circle and repeated that I had got the wig I had ordered.
*I’ve contacted my bank to help get this resolved but I don’t have the outcome as of today.

If flawed, low quality products paired with frustrating and time consuming return attempts brings you joy, by all means purchase from this company.

Just the same email--sorry and all that crap! Do NOT deal with this company! Their wigs come from China not american made-- Well let's see---I got my first wig I ordered rather quickly and I liked it so much I ordered another and also a baseball cap wig. To this day I have not received either wigs. I text the company and they say it is held up at the docks.it has been over a month and I have asked for a refund but to NO avile I have either---the wigs or my money back! I would NOT recommend this company!!!! They don't stand behind their products and when you ask for your money back they ignore you--and just say give it time. They are very fast to charge you so they get their funds!
So NO do NOT deal with this this company unless you don't care if you lose money and have nothing to show for it!!!!

The quality of my wig is so much better than I expected for the price. Other companies are charging three times as much. As a retired senior that's not something I can afford. I received way more for my money than expected. I am a very satisfied customer.
