"The topper I ordered was not the color…"

The topper I ordered was not the color advertised..I tried returning from day 1 I received it and got the run around from customer service. After 2 months I still haven't got an answer of how to return the unused product and get my money back.

I purchased two wigs. The first one was really nice and the part and wig look natural. The second wig doesn’t have a pet and the hair doesn’t match a forehead. I was hoping to return the wig and exchange it for another one but I haven’t heard back from the company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not the one to usually leave bad comments but this site is a total scam. The wig I purchased made it to my town after taking forever in customs. Tracking said it was out for delivery and then said it was going back to the post office. I called the post office and they couldn’t even track it. Fake tracking number and information.

I still haven't received my purchase. An no correspondence with your company explaining why. If I'm not getting it, I want my refund.

Been waiting over two months still no wig. Also not even been told order has been processed. So upset needed wig by Christmas and unfortunately thought wiggy would come through they have wonderful advertising but wig doesn’t arrive. Customer service Chris responds back the same automated email. Saying be patient customized wig. All a huge waste of time and money I hope this company gets closed down or even better in some sort of trouble for scamming so many people. Learned my lesson will always look for reviews before purchasing

"Horrible Company Even Worse Customer Service"

Just like many others here, this is just another company out of China selling junk with a horrible track record. Selling junk wigs that do not match the images/colors shown on their website. They offer silly percentages, 20% 30% and a coupon for future purchases, like I would ever buy from this company ever again. They also want me to return to China which will cost about $20 and good luck that it gets there. I did a Google search and this company has an address in California for returns but won't accept them there. Insist on shipping to China knowing most people will just toss this junk in the trash and take it on the chin writing off the loss. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR HARD EARNED MONEY.

If I could leave a 0 rating I would!! Ordered a month ago and still not shipped!! They said be patient!! 🤣 I canceled due to delay in shipping and ordered from Paula Young and was very happy with PY!!! Paula Young got a 5 star ( would be 10 if
I could) from me as their wigs were like real hair and I ordered 3 from PY!!

Do not, do not buy from this company. The wig I received looked nothing like the color on their website. They say wigs can be returned in 30 days. I inquired about returning it since my floor mop looks better. I wa told it would need to be returned to China and it would take a long time. They offered compensation to keep the wig and when I told them how much I wanted they said shipping and labor is expensive. I asked for at least #75.00 and was offered $43.00. After writing my 1st review I was contacted to see if they offered me an additional $17.00 to delete my review. I said not if I do not get my full refund. Have not heard back but I want to prevent another customer to be taken. I paid $149.00 and got $43.00 back. BE PREPARED TO BE SCAMMED!!!!
