Das Bayala Einhorn meiner Tochter ist kaputt gegangen, der Schweif brach nach kurzer Zeit komplett ab, der Kundenservice hat umgehend reagiert und ersetzte das Einhorn, vielen herzlichen Dank dafür! Ein kleines Geschenk gab es sogar noch extra dazu, meine Tochter ist sehr glücklich und ich kann den Support sehr empfehlen.
