"Standing around in France "

Spent most of our time standing around wondering what we were doing, VERY disorganized, terrible food, places we stayed at were very cheapy and trashy looking, only had about 1-2 hour per site then had to wonder what we were doing again!!!!! Cites were gorgeous and the tour guide was nice but had no idea what was going on!!!!!!!!

"Madrid 2024"

We had a wonderful experience in Madrid! The tour guides were excellent, and very educational. Our tour director, Diego, was absolutely wonderful. The kids loved him and he took really good care of us.

The hotel was decent, but we were not actually in Madrid, but in a suburb quite a way from the city. I would have liked to be a bit closer, but that would really be my only complaint.

When we left for Spain, we were delayed for an entire day in Dallas. I cannot express enough how much my travel consultant, Victor, did for us. Explorica made sure we had hotel rooms, and were in contact with me the entire time. I am forever thankful.

"CHECK THE HOTELS"

Check the hotel I found disgusting beds overpriced cheap AND TWO WAY MIRRORS DONT ever BOOK WITH THEM EVER you will have the worst time ever and food is horrible on any of the trips so if you book your asking for a bad time if I could give ——-0 out of ten I would

"Bad flights, lots of down time"

Our flight itinerary wasn't fantastic, with us leaving at 6:45am and returning at midnight on American with connecting flights, even though there is a direct flight from Denver to San Juan on United. 2 of our 4 flights ended up being cancelled, with us having to stay the night at the airport, and our last flight had a long delay for maintenance. We also had a lot of down time because our group was too big and couldn't be accommodated at the excursions, so we had to be split in half and then we would have to wait around for the other group to finish. We didn't have any time for shopping in San Juan, but the kayaking was really cool, and the snorkeling was fun. The zip line only had 3 lines, which was pretty short for the price we paid. Our hotel was nice though.

"Isla de Encanto!"

We had a fabulous experience in Puerto Rico! The activities were fun and exciting. The food was delicious, the people were so friendly, and the views were incredible.

"Great sites, disappointing food"

We saw sooo much during the trip, which was amazing to London and Paris! However, in France the dinner’s were awful. My students missed a cultural opportunity to really experience French food, which is some of the best in the world. Considering how much the trip was, Explorica could have done better.

"Way too much time was wasted on the…"

Way too much time was wasted on the trip. We were paired with a total of 52 people, but many of the activities had limits of people so the other half had to wait, sometimes for hours while the other half completed the activity. City tour guide commented on how large our group was multiple times and weren't able to see some sites. Yunque trip was shortened because of the group size as well.

"Great time"

Again everyone had a great time. Our tour leader Simone was great and Larry the bus driver was great. This was my third trip and you guys are 3 for 3.

"Scam of a Tour Company"

This company scammed our school out of a 5 day tour to Italy which we had to pay $5000 each for, booking us with an airline that canceled our connecting flight till Monday when it was supposed to leave Thursday of the week prior, stranding us in Dallas till then. The airline barely agreed to provide a hotel for the inconvenience, and Explorica never made an attempt to accommodate. Due to this, we got one day in Italy, with no refund or price adjustment offered. They also do some sketchy things in the way they charge for tours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

"Helpful and courteous"

Brenden was so helpful throughout the entire process. He offered suggestions and always checked I. To see how things were going up until the trip. The trip was good. New York was disappointing and not worth all of the days. It could have been cut down 1 day.
