AVOID AT ALL COST!! TOTAL INEPT COWBOYS!! THEY LOST MY CAR KEYS ON ARRIVAL, HAD TO TAXE A £200 TAXI HOME, THEY REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE AND THEN FINALLY 2 DAY LATER TOLD ME MY CAR WAS EFFECTIVELY ABANDONED ON A RANDOM PUBLIC STREET AND IT'S THERE FOR ME TO COLLECT!

"5* Exceptional service"
Well well well, what can i say.. 5* service, I called them 20 minutes prior too reaching the location, by the time i got there, they was already waiting for me. Quick and efficient handover,
I got back to the U.k i called them up soon as i got my luggage, they told me which car park and floor to go too, by the time i got there the car was there ready for us nice and warm. Couldnt recommend these guys enough. Not the first time using these guys & certainly wont be the last. Thank you so much

"AVOID at all costs"
This is one to avoid at all costs! I used them to find a meet and greet deal at Heathrow. My car was used illegally by their agent, damaged, items stolen, and vandalised.
They have completely washed their hands of this and do not reply to complaints. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

"still no refund !!"
I Booked parking with this company in July and paid additional for cancellation ,sadly i had to cancel and have since been trying to get a refund, they are less than helpful claiming it takes 8 weeks to process a refund ! that time has now passed and still no refund !
shop around for a more reputable company or go on recomendation

AVOID, BECAREFUL, WARNING.
THIS COMPANY IS JUST A BUNCH OF KIDS, USING PEOPLE TO MAKE MONEY, THEY DONT HAVE AN EXACT OFFICE TO GET IN TOUCH WHEN YOU NEED IT.
1) I BOOKED WITH THEM FROM 30JULY 2022 TO 19AUG2022, ON MY RETURN, THEY SAID THEY LOST THE CAR KEY, THEY TOLD ME JUST BOOK UBER TO BRING THE SPARE ONE, WE WILL PAY YOU ANY REFUND. I LIVE 100MILES AWAY FROM HEATHROW T3, I GOT AN UBER WITH MY SPARE KEY, I SPENT 1 HOUR CALLING NO ANSWER TO GET THE ADRESS WHERE THEY LEFT MY CAR, LATER SOME1 ANSWERED, GAVE ME THE ADDRESS TO PICK UP MY CAR, I WENT TO A HOTEL AT 1AM. THE SECURITY CAME OUT WITH HIS MANAGER, THEY THOUGHT I AM A THIEF STELLING, THE HOTEL WERE NOT AWARE OF ANY PARKING FROM THIS MOBIT COMPANY, THEY PERSUING THEM, I HAD TO EXPLAIN TO THEM THE WHOLE SCENARION, PLUS SHOWING THEM EVIDENCE THAT WAS MY CAR, WHAT A HUSLTE.
2) AFTER I PICKED UP MY CAR, NO MORE CONATCT WITH THEM, NO ONE ANSWERS MY CALL, ALL MY CALLS DECLINED, NO REPONSE TO EMAILS ABOUT MY REFUND OF UBER, AND £300 OF THE KEY REPLACEMENT I HAD TO PAY. BUNCH OF THIEVES.
3) TODAY THE 20 SEPTEMBER, I RECEIVED A PRKING FINE FROM APCOA. MY CAR WAS PARKED AT HEATHROW T3 ON THE 14 AUG, WHILE ME I WAS AWAY, EVIDENCE THAT THEY USE OUR CARS DURING OUR ABSENCE.
4) I CONTACTED APCOA TO APPEAL, AND PERSUE THIS NON PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

"Very unprofessional"
An absolute disgrace we arrived at the airport ready for our holiday having played £165 to mobit. waited a long time for the driver the driver said leave your keys and £10 for exit in car we will be there 10 mins so we left because we was in a rush. We called a while later they said they'd took the car. We came back of holiday after 5 weeks to find our car still there with the keys and £10 it hadn't even been removed. To exit the car park at the barriers said we would have to pay £2,900 because it had been there so long we called mobit they kept on saying they would come sort it out. We waited 3 hours noone came. We called a help desk at the barriers and got our price reduced to £631 plus £165 for mobit who didn't even take our car an absolute nightmare.

I used this company recently for my Heathrow car parking & found their service very shocking & concerning.
While returned from my holiday I was awaiting nearly 40 minutes for my car though I was assured car will be with me in next 10-15 minutes.
Once I received my car I found it complete mess, the driver left the empty yogurt box inside my car & removed my baby’s car seat from the rear seat and left it in the car trunk.
When I started the car, I found out my fuel reserve is on emergency though my fuel tank was almost full when I drop off the car. I immediately called the customer service & they assured me will call back after speaking to the driver. Afterwards I received TWO PARKING & ONE SPEEDING PENALTY charge notice issued for the use of my car while I WAS ON HOLIDAY.
I called & emailed to Mobit airport parking, but it seems they tried to avoid the responsibility by giving a simple respond bellow:
“Thank you for providing us feedback on your recent Meet & Greet service booked via our website with your chosen supplier Easy Meet and Greet Heathrow operated by Skylink Parking Services Limited. Please note, we do not take the customer vehicles ourselves and only act as booking agents. As per our booking terms, all complaints with regards to parking services including delays, loss/damage etc. are dealt by the respective service provider.
As per the booking terms & conditions, agreed upon at the time of the booking, our liability is limited to the booking amount paid and your service delivery contract was with your chosen supplier, not with EzyBook. Please refer to 'Section 5' of our terms to fully review our liabilities that you had confirmed to read and understand, while making the booking:"
I believe Mobit airport parking can’t avoid their responsibility by referring to this T&C is because this is their responsibility to do the proper due diligence before they onboard any partner provider on their platform for their customer to use. Also, I was shockingly found that this Skylink Parking Services Limited had all negative reviews for past years & based on the customer experience it is evident that this company is dangerous to use by the consumer. In my opinion Mobit airport parking completely failed to act against this company rather they let the vulnerable customer to face all awful experiences by keeping this company in their platform.
I requested in further to Mobit airport parking to send the full details of Skylink Parking Services Limited as I can start the legal procedure.
But despite of sending several emails still no response was received from both company!!
Please avoid this Parking company as it seems they are scammer!!

We had a customer service advisor who was actually swearing at us and he was getting very aggressive on phone when we ask him 2 book our parking which was cancelled due 2 flight cancellation.
This is th worst car parking customers service & l will recommend not 2 use this service.

Crap from start to finish
They were half hour late picking the car up when we arrived at the airport and when we returned to the airport we waited TWO HOURS for our car to be delivered
During this two hours we were constantly lied to I had to constantly phone them for updates!
When our car did turn up the driver said that no one wanted to bring it over as the car was late, they were prepared to leave us there!!!
Do not use this absolute shower of sh!t!!!!

"Don't trust this company"
Booked 15th May 2022. Error on their booking system meant wrong dates.
Cancelled on 16ty May 2022. Tild 4-6 weeks for refund due to high volume of refunds
13 weeks and 1 day later. Still no refund, no response, not acceptable.
Just a cash grab company
Avoid at all costs
