"Avoid !"

Avoid !

Arrived home 3 hours late after what can only be described as a farce.

The drop off at the site was bearable, the difficulty in understanding the post code change over the phone to alternative site then the van with a very dirty and dusty interior that covered our clothes.

The return journey was a nightmare, we waited nearly 1.5 hours for van to arrive, we were joined by another family after their van broke down at airport. The van again was very very dirty and dusty with foot prints on the seats. The plan was to drop the other passengers at Dorney then we were told to change vans for the other site. On arrival at Dorney site we were asked for our ticket with key details, we were never given one , the other family also said they weren't given one either. I offered the booking confirmation email and vehicle registration but was usherd into the same van. It was very hot and uncomfortable due to the weather, I requested the air con be put on as the previous driver from airport to Dorney had activated it and it worked. The driver was addement it didnt work, I told him that we had it on during the initial journey, he just pressed a few buttons and muttered "it dont work!". We then became stuck in stationery traffic on m25 for approx 30 mins, I had to open the door and exit the vehicle as it was unbearable, my family decided to stay in vehicle. When we finally arrived at site my car was blocked in by 4 vehicles and my key was missing. I assisted the man in trying keys for the other vehicles whilst my key was found at the other site. This took approx 1hour in scorching heat without any water.

Other points include the drivers asking passenger what speed he should drive at and drivers answering mobiles mobile multiple time whilst driving.

They actually sent me a customer experience survey this morning!!!

Hopefully PayPal or my credit card company will get me refund.

"The WORST company I have ever dealt…"

The WORST company I have ever dealt with... should have read the reviews beforehand, they were the cheapest and now I know why.
We waited at the airport for over 2 hours, and after countless calls, promises, unbelievable verbal abuse from one of the controllers telling my husband to go F*** himself etc, they finally arrived.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

"Booked for a client"

Booked for a client. He got there in plenty of time. Call the number that was given to receive the pick up.
After lots of calls to other numbers, which incidentally has an office that does not operate 24hours.
I finally managed to get though he said he was on his way, more likely just got out of bed.
When the transport arrived I was told that it was an absolute nightmare. Not fit to be on the road.
I really dread what the return journey will be like.
From reading other reviews on this site I will go to the credit card company and get a refund that way. How this company still operates god only knows.
One thing is for certain I will not be using these again.

"Poor service who don’t care a hoot"

We called the office once we collected our luggage as requested this call was made at 6.19 am we were told by the controller, that our vehicle will arrive within 45 minutes.
I rang a second time 50 minutes later and was told by the same controller that the driver is on route and should be with us shortly. I then had to make a 3rd call 15 minutes after my second
call and what got me frustrated was suddenly the same controller said your vehicle will not start and it appears the battery is flat this was after the same controller advised me
that the driver was on route and would be with me shortly. I was totally speechless, my wife took the phone from me and informed the controller what are we expected to do she also informed
the controller that she was 5 months pregnant which the controller shouted that this is not his problem and slammed the phone down on her. I had to compose myself and gave it 5 minutes
before I called the office back and explained calmly what does he suggest we do, he was totally disinterested and had no sympathy at all. I asked him for the address where my car was so I could
get a taxi to that location, I also called the AA and gave them the address which the controller gave me however this address was non existent and incorrect. The controller got his intended driver to call
me to give me the correct postcode I then had to get a taxi which cost me £15 the driver took me to the postcode and left me and my pregnant wife out side the Four Point Hotel on Horley road
but I still had no idea where my car was, in the meantime the AA driver called me saying he needed the exact address so unfortunately I had to call the rude controller to find out what the
hell he was playing at, I gave him my exact location which was where the driver had told me to make my way to and he will get the driver to meet me there. 10 minutes later the driver
turned up and apologised that my car was actually 7 minutes away from the destination he originally gave me. The driver managed to load our cases and took us to the correct place where my car
was which was in a Best Western Hotel car park....can you believe it!! the premises was awful and unsecure and resembled nothing what was advertised on your website. Anyway the driver
just took off and we had to wait a further 15 minutes for the AA to arrive. once the AA driver arrived and inspected our brand new 2022 Peugeot he suspected maybe the lights were left on but could not
elaborate on that fault.

What got us in this whole episode was we received no phone call from that horrible man to see how we got on or an apology for the problems we encountered, all in all an intended 1hour journey
home took us 4 and a half hours from receiving our cases.
3 weeks have passed and Mobit have not responded to my complaints…..be very careful when using this company

"Completely and utter cowboys"

Completely and utter cowboys. Sold airport parking for a company that was in administration and over a month later I’m being told my refund will take between 8-10 weeks.

I’d be amazed if I ever see my money again based on other reviews. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

"Very unreliable service."

My booking was not respected as 24/7 as advertised. An attempt was made to by someone to contact me the day before travel, I had to leave a message but no one returned my call. No sign or obvious location in Blackbrook Road at 02.00am as arranged. Driver called 3 hours later to ask where I was (about to board my plane). Took many emails and two months to get a refund. I would not recommend this service for Heathrow.

my tennis racquet has been stolen from my boot whilst with Mobit.
absolute chaos with their bookings when I dropped car off at Gatwick and then waited 50 minutes for it to be returned to me for pick up.
Radio had been completely re-tuned. Car exterior was absolutely FILTHY - literally could not see out of the windows for my journey home. God knows where they had parked it. I consider I've got away lightly having now read the other reviews as at least my car wasn't actually damaged by them and the petrol gauge was were it should be.

"Terrible"

Terrible. You have to pay short term parking on top of the price so at least £10 more than stated price. Let me waiting an hour to get my car back. Truly awful company, wish I'd checked reviews before using.

"Car was used and returned with muddy interior"

Sad to report that this booking service has gone downhill big time since the last time I used them. Mobit, you need to vet the service providers before allowing them on your booking platform. My last rental (Rainbow Parking trading as Golden Parking) was supposed to be in a fenced location with CCTV. Drop off and pick up were fine with minimal wait times. However, my car was returned to me with all interior carpets muddy plus mud on the back of seats. Obviously my car was used by more people than the one person responsible for drop off/pick up. Spoke to them and full of apologies plus a verbal offer to reimburse me for valeting upon production of photos.
Photos sent same day, was first offered a discount on future parking, like I’d want to use them again! Then I was offered £20 which was better than nothing so I provided my bank details same day. Despite repeated requests by phone and email to both service provider and Mobit I never received an explanation regarding who used my car while it was in their care. Three weeks passed and still no £20 so I raised a dispute with my credit card company. As soon as I notified Mobit and Rainbow/Golden Parking that I’d disputed the entire parking charge did I get my £20 paid.
Mobit, you need to address this issue, so many people have written reviews just like mine in the past few months. You are not helping the few decent service providers such as Zenith on your booking platform who’s businesses will also get tainted by these negative reviews.

"Don’t touch this company with a barge…"

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Useless and they don’t deliver in any way shape or form. We got away with a hour plus wait for the drop off and over 2.5 hours for pickup. They tell you lies constantly and it is a battle to get your car. We only got ours back as an employee went back and got it for us as he was so fed up with them he quit. There was excess mileage and damage to the car. Others we talked to had their cars left in short stay and had to pay over £300 to get them out . Lost keys was another story. I will be emailing Gatwick and hopefully they will be stopped taking money and ripping off people for a service they don’t provide.
