I ordered the water softener and the mineral water solutions. Two seperate systems. Install went ok. I was having my kitchen redone so the installer could not finish the drinking tap install. There were a few issues. One was a leak on the mains, other related to the drinking tap. Mainly my fault (tap) but they came and addressed the issue quickly. I deduct one star because a) a mains water leak should not happen and b) there is no transcript/instruction provided as to what to do if you have to turn off water or electricity at any stage. I am doing renovations so it was a worry what would happen if and when. I don't want to be contacting and waiting for answers before I replace my RCD on the Electricity switchboard which actually happened, e.g. have I disrupted timers, will the system start again and just carry on, what if I go on two weeks holiday, questions like that. I notice there are not many instructions of this nature anywhere on the net, so not a lone CWS issue maybe the industry should address.

But anyway thanks most to Regina, the face of the Company from my perspective she was great. I had a couple niggly problems, yes, but these guys were always there. Proof to me that this is in no way a 'fire and forget' outfit. I am very happy to write this review because I have learned so much and all I have to do is pick up a phone. all was sorted quickly and without fuss. No hesitation in recommending them.

I had a problem with leaking filters after service and when I noticed the leak a lot of damage done to kitchen units I had a leak after the unit was installed which I had to resolve myself I got very poor customer service and was treated as if I was a nuisance to them. I have since disconnected the unit as it leaked again a fellow called out and could not find the leak and surely it leaked some time after that. I would advise any body thinking of dealing with this company to reconsider
