She is incredibly responsive and has gone above and beyond in assisting to expedite answers via various other teams in RMG to my buyers requests and helping to meet the tight timescales I am working with. "A very poor service"
A very poor service. If you are considering a property where they are involved please consider it carefully.
They charge for services that aren’t provided.
They double charge for some services which are overpriced in the first place.
They charge for annual safety inspections and then do nothing to act on the outcomes.
Meanwhile the fabric of the building will gradually deteriorate as they do no actual maintenance e.g. gutters are never cleared.
And of course, as leaseholders, we all have to continue paying our service charge and there isn’t much we can do about it all. The description on here as "one of the most respected property management companies" on here is laughable - based on what?

The company is trying to farm fake reviews and remove any bad reviews people are posting about them. The BBC has done a documentary about them recently RMG. The company should be investigated by authorities and their staff should be subject to civil and criminal penalties. Bunch of corrupt cowboys.

Rish Rahane of RMG has been attentive and dealing as swift as he could with all our problems. If he didn't react as fast as he on certain problems the problems would have escalated/ spiraled into the unsolvable…

"Mel Johnson ‘efficient and effective’"
Issues with over enthusiastic parking wardens where I live.
In order to prevent parking fines. The parking wardens were notified by Mel of RMG that building work will be taking place at my home and not to ‘ticket’ the builders vehicles that needed to park outside my property.
Tickets were issued.
I immediately emailed Mel Johnson, Property Manager of RMG for help, she swiftly assisted me by liaising with the parking company.
Unfortunately for Mel the company concerned did not communicate with their workers thus causing her repeated additional work.
Thank you Mel for your persistence in dealing with this company to get these fines overturned and moreover, helping and assisting me from any further stress.

"Support with blocked drain"
Especial thanks to Melanie Johnson for her quick response when I recently had a problem with a blocked foul drain. Not only did she get a contractor out the same day, but she also forwarded a copy of his report to the developer, as there is some question as to whether the drain installed is fit for purpose. Mel has helped me with a range of issues, and I have always found it more efficient to contact her direct, rather than use the RMG Portal.
