"boring"

Well, the bank has recently become boring and is tightening the noose on its users. They have started asking for unacceptable things like the passport of the person you sent the money to and the contract between you. Don't they know that 90% of the app's users are freelancers with no contracts or documents?

"Paysera Blocked Our Funds as a Fake 'Debt' Without Warning Due to Their Own Payment Error"

This company has blocked all funds in our corporate account without any reason or prior warning, labeling it as a "debt," and has been holding our money for two days now. As soon as we noticed that payments were not going through due to this fake "debt," we contacted their support team and found out that the funds were blocked because we had not responded to an email of a suspicious nature. In this email, Paysera claimed they had mistakenly sent their own funds to one of our suppliers and were now requesting €768 from us, even though we had not received any money from them and the supplier in question is not our company. Considering the absurdity of the request and the suspicious nature of the email, we assumed it was phishing and marked it as spam.

During the call with their support yesterday, we were shocked to learn that the email had indeed come from Paysera and that they blocked all our funds as a "debt" simply because we did not respond to this weird email!

Let me highlight the following points:

1. We were not warned that failing to respond would result in the blocking of our account funds.
2. On what grounds is Paysera blocking our money as a debt instead of addressing their issue with the supplier they mistakenly paid?
3. We have always promptly completed all verifications and forms required by them and have not taken any actions that would justify freezing our funds.

The operator assured us that as soon as we replied to the email—regardless of what we said—the restrictions would be lifted. I replied, reiterating what I stated above. However, instead of unblocking our funds, Paysera demanded the supplier’s details, that can be easily found through Google search, and stated that only after providing these details would they release the funds. This is outrageous, as Paysera had no legal right to block our money in the first place!

Despite everything, I reluctantly provided the requested details. Yet, for two days now, they continue to withhold our funds, preventing us from paying our suppliers. This situation can put our business at risk of service disruptions due to unpaid invoices, solely because Paysera has unjustly frozen our funds.

Fazit Finger weg von Paysera Konto erst war sie top und jetzt Flop des Monats seit am Montag den erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde Videokonferenz um mein Konto freigegeben bis heute nichts noch immer noch gesperrt ist dazu noch die Bank unterstützt Betrüger PayPal

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

This is a very very bad service. They restricted my account 2 weeks ago, requested a video call and additional documents and information that I provided swiftly and they unlocked my account. And then after 2 weeks THEY RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN asking for video call. I’m currently waiting for them to review the call, but I already requested to close my account as this was time consuming and stressing. I don’t care if it happens once, but twice in 2 weeks? Unbelievable.
