Everything is good until you need support. They are still having difficulties with subscription payments. More than 18 months yes 18 months already. You can't use a Paysera card for subscription payments like Shopify. Sınce Paysera is the only banking service for our company, how we would pay then? There is only way to make the payment is a payment card and the Paysera payment card is not working. We are losing money literally because of that.

They restrict accounts for made up reasons. They point you to meaningless articles which prove what they are doing is unlawful and against their ToS.
As per article 12.6 of the General Payment Services Agreement, they can restrict your account for no reason. The unlawful part that's also against their ToS is they can't freeze your money without a scam complain (which wasn't documented / communicated for all the other people I talked to). I don't recommend this service, if you use it don't keep any money in it.

It turns out very convenient that you cannot receive money without verification. And you cannot pass verification, because we will not let you log into your account)
