UPDATE: after 1 month of no answers from the scammers I filed a complaint at the relevant EU body and send them the receipts. Then “magically” after 2 days they decides to start the process to give me back my money 😂

Such a low level. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

This is a very very bad service. They restricted my account 2 weeks ago, requested a video call and additional documents and information that I provided swiftly and they unlocked my account. And then after 2 weeks THEY RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT AGAIN asking for video call. I’m currently waiting for them to review the call, but I already requested to close my account as this was time consuming and stressing. I don’t care if it happens once, but twice in 2 weeks? Unbelievable.
