"I have one of their pull up bars that…"

I have one of their pull up bars that I've owned for quite some time. During our house renovations we lost the safety clip for it.
I emailed a couple of weeks back and the company have got back to say that they will send out a replacement free of charge.
They were apologetic over the delayed reply due to covid, temporarily closing and a massive backlog or orders and queries.
I am really impressed with the customer service in challenging times.

"Ordered a set of wheels for my rowing…"

Ordered a set of wheels for my rowing machine. When the order arrived, one wheel was bigger than the others, and one had a defect. I called Body Sculpture, all very nice at first, although did say they had never had a problem before. Another set of wheels was sent out, this time completely wrong. When I called to say they were the wrong wheels and do not fit my machine, I was told they had spoken to Steve in the parts department and that the wheels will fit my machine🙄 (they do not). They are nothing like the wheels that fit my rowing machine (but what do I know). The situation turned into a pathetic unhelpful rather hostile tone, in which I was made to feel like the guilty party (All I wanted was a set of 4 wheels for my rowing machine). Not to keep having to email pictures as proof and telephone calls back and forth to be spoken to like I was a fool.
I was originally told they had lots of wheels, now I'm being told they don't have any🤔(strange that). I wanted to write a complaint because I was so disappointed with the outcome. But I think it will go to the same people, so what's the point. I wonder if they are part of the actual company or are just staff. What a let down.

"A little patience goes a long way"

Ordered this on 8th April but wasn't sure if order had been processed as didn't receive confirmation. Nichola in Customer Service was super helpful and friendly and trainer arrived earlier this week. No great problems to assemble and although only a couple of days into using it think it's perfect for a complete novice like myself. Really enjoying it. Thank you.

"No Communication / No order"

Order a bench on the 31st of March - waited the recommended 3-5 working days and didn’t hear anything had no communication from them what so ever. I have emailed them 3 times on 3 different email addresses that have either been on website or original confirmation email and NOTHING. today I get a notification of refund from PayPal with nothing still from them personally to tell me what is going on. I understand the current situation but no communication at all? Not even on the comments of the refund from PayPal ? AVOID.

"AVOID"

ordered over a week ago, their website claims, orders processed same day before 3pm and delivered within 5 max, I know currently everything is on its head but its been 8 days and ive not even had an email to say its been dispatched. Sent several emails to sales@body, support@body and sales@himark but have had nothing back and dont even attempt to call them. They have taken my money but seem to be MIA. I have now emailed to notify them of legal proceedings, maybe that will get a response.
In short- AVOID WITH LARGE POLE

Wouldn't bother ordering from this website. Ordered a multi gym which was showing 9 in stock. I called over 20 times and sent 5 emails to receive an email a week later to say the item was not in stock.

"Unable to make contact with the company? Dead Links on Website?"

The 1 star rating is with regards to contact with the business being non-existent.
It also relates to the website signposting to specific areas, such as returns and rights to cancel being dead links. All very suspicious.
The website stipulates an on ‘average 3 working days delivery, 5 maximum’. I find it very hard to believe this is the case.
If you have been unfortunate enough to purchase online, like myself; I wish to inform you that this business address is Bradford but the current Director is a Taiwanese national who resides in Taiwan, trading as Hi Mark International Ltd. A search on UK Government Companies House will display everything you need to know, just in case you need to recover costs. Company No. 02932175.
Perhaps I shall receive an update soon, as to the status of my order. However, I have digested several Trust Pilot reviews and the equipment sounds inferior. I am planning to request a refund, before delivery, if I can contact someone to do so. Wish me luck! I hope this helps your purchasing decisions. March 2020.
