My job has been using perx a long time and we never had issues until the new transfer came Into place. I have cards to use for Christmas and there is issues on every site. When I ring it tells me 5th in line then I get told your too busy answer. Can someone help me please as I have used this card before and now all of a sudden I can't. Issues using ticket master and life style sports never had this problem before. These are paid for cards and not been able to use them is disgraceful.

Customer service is appalling. like the rest of the review's, they don't respond to email and the wait time is over 2 hours. I have been trying since Friday to get through to this shower to activate my card. There even worse to deal with than virgin media. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The scum bags still have not sorted out the issue think the scumbags are based in bray. How these scum bags always get away with there scamming.

"Absolutely shocking customer care"

Absolutely shocking customer care! I have been on the phone since 11 o clock this morning on hold for 1 and half hour each time and when I get to the top of the queue I got told to leave my details and they will contact me! I have left these 3 Times and no call back it’s appalling.

My card won’t accept my surname I am looking to get it rectified as what is the point having a card that I can’t access it’s a joke !

Shocking service..... Cannot get through to this company for 4 days to active card. No response after being on hold twice first tine for 1 hour 30 mins and second time nealy 2 hours

Trying to activate my account from the email I recieved,unfortunatly been met with a dead/unavailable website.I have tried ringing the Irish support center to no avail after been hung up on after 45 mins,trying here for customer support

"Horrendous customer support"

Horrendous customer support. I have several cards purchased and wished to change a recipients email address. On hold for 90 minutes to be greeted be a voice message asking me to leave my name and tel number. No reply from emails

"Unfortunately had the same negative experience as others"

Unfortunately had the same experience as most people here. I received the card this morning and followed the steps to create an account and activate the card but it just keeps failing saying 'Unable to verify cardholder'

Emailed them but just got an automatic response. Tried to call but it said I was 56th in the queue, unfortunately I can't sit on the phone for hours as I'm still working.

Got the response yesterday that my query is with the Team, I still have not gotten any feedback at all
