"Useless! Do yourself a favour and give Perx a wide berth."

I received this card as a work bonus and it's nothing but hassle. The website is a nightmare to register the card initially and for use thereafter. If a phone call is needed to the company, expect to be on the line 3 times longer than the voicemail tells you. My card is being declined even though it still has ample funds on it and none of the reasons given apply. The same thing happened on last years card; money left on card couldn't be accessed. Perx cards are not worth the bother and they must be earning a hefty bonus themselves with all the unused surplus cash that people can't redeem. They weren't this bad when companies first used them but now they're a rip off. I know from other people's feedback that this experience is widespread and not just me. It's really unacceptable that I can't access my bonus given in good faith by my employer.

"Not accepted like a Mastercard"

Not as user friendly or as widely accepted as a mastercard. Went to two different high st stores almost a day apart and neither would accept the PERX card, it wasn't clear why, they tried it in their respective card machines - which were new to both, and no joy. Very annoying when you have to turn around and pay for something large out of your bank account when you have the PERX banked for it!!

"Received a card from work but can’t…"

Received a card from work but can’t check the balance. The website is awful saying click on links and words that are not there to click on. Cannot get through to any customer service. Pointless been gifted this “amazing” and “thoughtful” gift of recognition when I can’t access anything.
I have sent an email explaining the full issue. I have registered, logged in and can’t access my email and I’ve emailed customer service too with reply as yet.

HONESTLY SHOCKING Any business owners looking to get Perx Cards for their employees or anyone else DON'T Trust me!! I work in the Media for a well known Radio Station in Dublin so I do not speak lightly!!
My card was stolen back in October and I reported with massive stress as they did not offer any out of hours help to block or cancel a card! See other reviews.
I received a new card which was credited with the remaining balance that I was able to save and I spent the remaining balance. I checked today to see where the dispute was at with the funds that were stolen from my previous card and I see that there a three exact matching transactions on my new card as they ones I am disputing as fraud on my old card and now perx are telling me that I must have gone to Dublin to Dublin Airport and spent the exact same amount as the amount that was used on my previous card which was stolen! As Dublin Airport was the place where the person who robbed my first card used it. My new card has been sitting at home since 15th Jan with a .71cent balance on it but Perx is telling me that YESTERDAY there was €130 spent INSTORE at Dublin airport on a card that was in my house and had 71 cent on it. See other reviews but I am imploring any and everyone to NEVER USE THESE! I will be taking this to a national broadcaster for further investigation as a fraudulent company and ask anyone with similar stories to post them here for reference

"I cannot access my account!"

I cannot access my account!! Back in November I emailed the company to get help with accessing my account. I was given wrong instructions. ( I followed and it was so incorrect it was laughable).

Since then I now need to get a code from my employer to access the card.

I don’t work for my employer anymore (don’t want to contact them).

Over a month it took for someone to respond and again useless help.

Fuming !!!

Iv embarrassed myself a few times when trying to use the card in public.

Tho company is a scam!!! They are making it nearly impossible to revive your money so you don’t use it.

It’s €250 between the two gift cards, it’s not pocket change but I truly believe I will never see that money.

I'm an ex-employee, who worked for your vendor(Yubikwity) delivering perx reward cards. Power tripping was given to us, like everyday will be removed from our job. Literally a squid game process for non regularisation process. That is why someone shared to me Personal Sensitive information from cardholders. What is your thought about this Perx Team. I will be posting those card information here.

"Great idea in principle"

Great idea in principle, but in practice these cards are too awkward to use. Partially due to AML regulations but EML/Perx don't seem to be able to operate a website correctly. 3D enrollment cannot be activated.
Attempted several times and variations of my details but it's just not going to work. I can see my card there from last year could not be activated either and several people online with the same problem over and over.
Will be exploring alternatives before next bulk purchase for staff.
