"Zero stars !!!!!! "
If it was possible to write a review with zero stars I would do it. This is the second year that I have unfortunately had to deal with this company. The website is an absolute shambles and the customer service worse. I failed to complain to my employer as I was given Christmas bonus using this card and felt that it would be ungrateful. This is an excuse for a company and it’s companies like this that give Irish business a bad name. I wish that it was within my power to do something but they are totally uncontactable. A total sham. Stay away !!!!!!!

"Zero customer service "
Absolutely shocking customer service. I emailed last week and have been on the phone every day for over an hour, yet still no response. This is the worst company ever. I have a card I got from my job, but every time I try to activate it, it says it's associated with a different user can someone contact me please regarding this issue

"Impossible to activate and impossible…"
Impossible to activate and impossible to speak with someone. You need a pin but they don't give it to you. No clear guidance either on website or the video that they have. Absolutely not suitable for older staff who may not be tech savvy. We used for years but it is now a dreadful service. Never again and suggest that people look for an alternative company for this process.
Update on this nightmare. When ordering we had to give each staff members name and either email address or phone number. We gave mobile numbers as some staff do not have email. The phone number was the activation code. However there was a problem with using phone numbers to activate. Perx give you an excel spreadsheet to complete the employee details. When you enter the phone numbers which start with zero excel automatically drops the zero. Perx somehow managed to enter the activation as the letter o with the phone number instead of the number 0 and rest of phone number. This worked for us, we found it by accident after trying everything else. I think most companies use individual company email addresses which is easier but if people don't have email ,you have to make an email address or else call them which takes a minimum of 1 hour. It has been a very stressful experience.

"Do not purchase Perx reward cards"
I would strongly urge businesses not to purchase Perx reward cards. My experience regarding the activation of their reward cards and the subsequent customer service I received has been the most frustrating customer service experience in a very long time. This is due to the total disregard shown to their customers.
The difficulty I faced in activating their gift cards has not only caused inconvenience but has also left my employees unable to utilize these cards, rendering them effectively useless.
My personal experience began when I & my employees couldn’t unlock our reward cards. I placed a call to their customer service, where I was placed on hold for an astonishing 54 minutes. When I finally reached a representative, the call was disconnected after just five minutes, and I received no follow-up. I called again the following day, only to be transferred multiple times without resolution. This lack of efficient support is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a product that should be straightforward to use.

"Awful customer support !!!!"
Usually can get the card activated fairly easily but this year is a nightmare .Email bounced back , over an hour on the phone and was then cut off . Rang again and used the call back facility- needless to say we are still waiting !!!!! Disaster . 100% wouldn’t recommend. Customer service is non existent and now I’m left with a useless card .

"Their activation process is broken and…"
Their activation process is broken and their support waits about half an hour before disconnecting you, costing about £3 for the pleasure each time. It appears to be by design.
Their support line is now a message telling people to email their sales department which does not respond.
I finally got through after 4x 30 minute attempts by asking the sales team to transfer me to support, they gave the PIN code that they did not supply originally to use their product.

"What horrible customer service.."
What horrible customer service... more than an hour waiting and the attendant hangs up the phone, regrettable.
